    I agree!! Graham literally fell back in his chair laughing. I've watched this clip several times and I always laugh out loud. Olivia Colman is the best. PEACE to ALL ... and STAY SAFE and HEALTHY.

    I love Olivia Coleman, but she worked as a cleaner for literally a week, for one of her friend's mum's company - her life before becoming famous is vastly exaggerated by her to make a good story. Like what most celebs do.

    well, she was 26 or something when she got her big break. Not to diminish it, but it's not like she was slumming it for years into her adult life before breaking big. In comparison, Alan Rickman was 40-ish when he came into the spotlight...

    @@deeya It's not like she was born with a silver spoon in her mouth, had a famous background or parents in the industry though is it. She went to theatre school and worked her way up, her first TV appearance was a cheap loan commercial as 'Bev'. Had a handful of minor roles in TV during 2000 to 2002 before getting the Peep Show gig. You ARE diminishing her achievement ffs!

    @@atyourservice no it isn't ! They mean that she started off as the ' starlet ' and is now rh major star. The biggest star of the line up always sits closest to Graham and then ( often the comic act ) sits furthest away. It just shows how much her career has progressed over time. 🙂

    I'm a full-time caregiver for my mom and the Graham Norton show is basically getting me through the stress of caregiving and watching my mom decline. Thank you so much, Graham! I can't tell you how much your show means to me right now. :) I especially love interviews with Olivia, Ian McKellen, Judi Dench, and Emma Thompson. :)

    This show is structured so well. Get a bunch of peers on a one couch. Get them liquored up, and have a skilled conversationalist guide them where necessary.

    I love how she’s able to steal the show in both her performances and when she’s just being herself. It’s awesome how she’s become so beloved despite not having a “traditional career” (she became really well-known in her 40s, while most TV/movie stars get their big breaks in their 20s or 30s, especially women) but she proves she’s awesome everytime she shows up in anything!

    I was expecting a fair portion of this video to be Graham constantly (and hilariously) bringing Olivia up on not knowing the plot of her own film and the arc it just takes with every appearance and I wasn't disappointed

    What a year it has been for Olivia. After winning a Golden Globe, a Bafta and an Oscar, she was awarded the CBE last week. For those who don't know what CBE means: It's a class from the *Most Excellent Order of the British Empire* and stands for "Commander of the British Empire".
