I think Plus-Plus is a really good value toy. My nephew got 500 of these for 20 euro and him and his familie all build with them a lot. Lego is also a very cool toy. However... They are a lot more expensive (especially the new sets) where you get a lot of weird special pieces and not enough standard 1x1, 1x2, 2x2, 2x6, bricks and so on.

Nothing is better than Lego and I can prove it to you. 1. There is a steady stream of new pieces to keep the system fresh 2. There is a huge costom model community including stud.io, bricklink, Flickr pages, and stores to sell instructions for those designs 3. There are multiple themes, difficulties, and age ranges that can appeal to almost anybody. I rest my case

I have the plusplus blocks. We got them from a zoo, (as expected they were meant to be animals). I was addicted to them when I got them, of course all glory fades and now they just sit in my room.
