Interest rate is currently at 4.75%(8th rate hike since March last year) Inflation at 7% and mortgage rates is at over 7.5% but yet minimum wage remains the same and my retirement portfolio has suffered tremendously these past years, so my question is how do senior citizens retire and live off such unstable economy. The long term game is obviously not for me at this point.

In my opinion, venturing into a good investment is not just a strategy for generating passive income but a profitable saving method for future expenses. Those who fail to make the right decisions early in life end up regretting it. Nevertheless, investing can be difficult and risky doing it solely, For this reason, I advise seeking help from professionals(financial advisors). It’s not just watching videos and reading investment books the challenge is using it well

@@major7flat597 You make being a billionaire sound like an easy task. This guy started from the absolute bottom. Everyone that worked for him had an infinitely better chance at succeeding than he did but it was his ambition and talent that got him where he is. I feel like you clicked on the video and went straight to the comments section without listening to a single second of the video. The guy wasn't just successful off the bat, he made smart financial decisions and worked for where he is. You people love complaining but hate doing. If you believe that this guy didn't work hard, you're delusional and lazy. Go on, start a business and become a billionaire. I mean, you don't have to work hard to be rich right? It's just so easy.

Back then India didn't allow you to convert rupees to dollars beyond a certain limit. That is why you hear all these immigrants coming to America with tens of dollars in cash. But certainly people relied on family or friends living in US for money kzread.info/dash/bejne/l6KaqbVxhs6oic4.html

what you're missing is that he is saving tons of money from his salary. He stated he made around 70k and lets say he lives on 20k that is 50k he can use to invest, if he has a wife all her income could also add to this. also understand that 70k back in late 90s is around 119k today. You make sacrifices early in life to generate income to invest for the future.

Meanwhile you go to Texas and find tons of dudes that own a ranch, construction business, never went to college, but earning over 100k a year. Take that plus low property prices, and low taxes, and you wonder why these people support capitalism and believe hard work = success.

Not gonna lie, most of the Indians going to the US succeed, as compared to the ones who stay in India where its very hard to climb the socio-economic ladder. So yes, the US does give great opportunities to people who are ready to take risks and work hard. What, no, lol. That would have made all of his achievements illegal. He came with a pre-approved visa that allowed for living and working in the country. Not a tourist visa. A tourist visa would not have allowed for any of the business endeavors he undertook and usually only lasts for half a year at most, that too only for people with strong passports. That would exclude India.
