Ghana has the best jollof! Honestly this is the easiest and well explained recipe I’ve come across. My husband is Fante I tried to prepare some jollof before and it was soupy lol. I think he felt sorry for me.

Jollof rice originated from Senegal, got established in Nigeria but perfected in Ghana.

Couldn't find jollof rice near me so I decided to learn how to make myself I'm sooo glad I did, I'm so proud of myself it's sooo good.

Thank you for this recipe! I visited a refugee camp in Mexico. I will be traveling back in 3 to 4 weeks to cook them a meal. I was looking for something that reminded them of home.
