There not deaf they most likely feel the same way i do about people using click tracks when you have a live band and the drummer can play what the click track is playing. To me what is even worst is that some churches use fake claps in the click track. The congregation should be clapping not some machine.😕🤔

foxybrown2 If you get with someone who uses loops & stems even with a full band (& who knows what theyre doing) and they explain to you the fullness of the concept , I’m sure it will turn around your way of thinking about this ......

Even me an inexperienced drummer who didn’t play with tracks or stems as much. I believe I Know what they do it’s one to keep tempo and it also just adds a vibe that the drummer alone couldn’t bring even the most talented drummers can’t make every type of sound. It’s just an enhancement to a great group of musicians

@@sean-o779 your are right. It's kind of the difference to using strings on a keyboard versus a live orchestra...or live horns versus key horns. Playing with tracks should be transparent and seamless... Should not notice it in the general scheme of things... Adding another dimension to the music. When I was musically immature I thought using tracks was so fake... But I grew up. Back in the day music was recorded on records for the authentic sound it produced... Now music is digital...this doesn't make it any less musical.
