FAIR USE**
Copyright Disclaimer under section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for “fair use” for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, education and research.
Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing.
Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.
FAIR USE DEFINITION:
(Source: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fair_use)
Fair use is a doctrine in the United States copyright law that allows limited use of copyrighted material without requiring permission from the rights holders, such as for commentary, criticism, news reporting, research, teaching or scholarship. It provides for the legal, non-licensed citation or incorporation of copyrighted material in another author’s work under a four-factor balancing test. The term “fair use” originated in the United States. A similar principle, fair dealing, exists in some other common law jurisdictions. Civil law jurisdictions have other limitations and exceptions to copyright.
U.S. COPYRIGHT OFFICE- FAIR USE DEFINITION
(Source: www.copyright.gov/fls/fl102.html)
One of the rights accorded to the owner of copyright is the right to reproduce or to authorize others to reproduce the work in copies or phonorecords. This right is subject to certain limitations found in sections 107 through 118 of the copyright law (title 17, U.S. Code). One of the more important limitations is the doctrine of “fair use”. The doctrine of fair use has developed through a substantial number of court decisions over the years and has been codified in section 107 of the copyright law.
Section 107 contains a list of the various purposes for which the reproduction of a particular work may be considered fair, such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.

These SERIOUS people have some SERIOUS mental health problems. No one is disputing you have the Right to protest and bear arms, but when you do, the police will come and STOP YOU. No one is suggesting you are a slave, but when you act like you are free, police will come, claim you are suspicious, put you in shackles, and throw you in jail.

In fact, no American soldier has died or been wounded in the name of our rights and freedoms since WW2. Not Korea, Vietnam or the desert. They all should come home.

I actually met a vet in a store a few days ago and I walked up thank him for his service shook his hand and I told him that because of what he did to serve our country is why I go out and do what I do holding government officials accountable and posting the encounters on KZread. He asked me a few questions and then as I went to leave he in turn shook my hand and thanked me for what I'm now doing even when I told him the extent I go to to defend our rights. He ended up taking down my channel and subscribing right in front of me. And I have had many others not just veterans but also citizens and one FBI official that was retired who have approached me and thanked me for what I do and a few of those have even thank me for how I do it because according to them they have wanted to do that but they have been afraid to go to jail themselves because they have so much going on in their lives.

I'm also currently fighting a bogus disorderly conduct charge which I described this veteran and even he said that the entire situation was completely illegal on the police officers part and now on the part of the courts and district attorney for continuing to push this farce against the Constitution they swore an oath to uphold and defend. And I have had this thought in my head and and I invoiced it numerous times but after the encounter where I met this veteran I have now heard it straight from a veteran's mouth that when officers and government officials act in the way they do against the public and our rights then they are simply wiping their ass with the Constitution that so many fought and died for and he also said that they were a complete and utter disgrace to this country if they continue to act in the way they are

until cops need to have a college education with a degree in constitutional law they should not be working in law enforcement

Completely agree but unfortunately that will never happen. The last thing the government wants are educated minds protecting our constitutional rights

In my province we just went the other direction. They were required to have a college degree up until recently but our genius government decided that high school diploma would be good enough going forward ...... yay!!!

At least a few weeks of training that specifically dealt with our constitutional rights would be a good start. It takes 2 years to become a barber but only 6 months to become an -officer- tyrant.

Here in NY the PD needs a bachelor's or equivalent of 2 year degree, at least they did last time I checked. And I got to tell you they don't hire anyone who has independent thinking or isn't willing to follow orders over the constitution Most have some sort of criminal justice degree and let me tell you it makes them worst, because they forget they are there for the constitution and instead follow policy. Getting stopped in NY and told get out of the car and have a cop immediately preform an illegal search while turning their back to the citizen they just stopped should tell you everything you need to know

After watching the overweight correctional officer outside of the department of corrections, the thought came to me, how many medical claims are we paying for these old timers that have gotten screwed up by carrying an armory around with them during their whole career. Watch him walk across the street to the black truck. That waddle and bow legged condition was induced during his law enforcement career. Terrible working conditions over time destroying the human body! Need some changes for these pack mules.

Its always amazing to see the narcissistic self-appointed authority of these people when they make these claims that you can't be here, you can't record, this is private, etc. Its really astounding. They never seem to understand this is still a free country and what that entails. But they will be the first to cry and whine when a right they exercise is being violated and are losing.
