● Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
● Flour - 2 tbsp
● Shallot - 1 piece
● 3 cloves of garlic
● Carrots - 1 pc
● Tomato puree - 400 ml
● Pasta - 250 g
● Mozzarella cheese - 125 g
● Parsley
● Salt, black pepper, sugar, paprika
● Olive oil

Looks great. My only change would be to use dark meat chicken rather than white meat. It’s juicier.

Wie immer schönes Video . Aber ich verstehe bis heut noch nicht wieso man den Knoblauch vorher mit dem Messer oder auch mit einem anderen Gegenstand platt drückt?? Das ist nicht gut! Ein Teil (Geschmack)vom Saft des Knoblauchs bleibt auf dem Schneidebrett zurück. Was soll das 🤔

Prinzipiell vollkommen richtig - aber: Lässt man ihn ganz, dann bleibt der Geschmack (Saft) in der Zehe. Das kann ebenfalls nicht gewollt sein! Andererseits würde ich es ohnehin nicht so machen, denn dann verbleibt der Keimling in der Zehe und gerade der Keimling enthält die fürchterlich penetranten Gerüche des Knoblauchs. Darum: Zehe längs halbieren den Keimling mit spitzem Messer aus beiden Hälften entfernen und schon ist man das verhasste Geruchsproblem los - egal wieviel Knoblauch man isst. Ist doch eine feine Sache, oder?
