If you haven't already, I'd get checked for ADHD, coffee has a tendency of doing the opposite. I have genetics that makes me nearly immune to coffee and it makes me sad because I'll never understand what a coffee buzz is. I thought coffee made me tired because of it, turns out it's just the dehydration that it causes and you notice that easier if you feel none of the desired effects.

Definitely do that. It's nice to get ruled things out or have it confirmed, life will make a whole lot more sense when you get a foot in the door for proper treatment to achieve functionality. It's like night and day. And a fair warning for everyone: Do NOT try to diagnose yourself or others using TikTok and other social media, there's a LOT of mis/disinformation and it spreads a lot of stigma and can put a dent in your progress very badly. See an actual professional. Good luck out there, I wish you all the best.

@@CensorshipIsOpressioni’ve never gotten a coffee buzz i think it’s just a caffeine buzz you could try a celsius energy drink with 200 mg of caffeine they don’t taste the best but is more natural than others, just be careful as it can cause anxiety or jitters if you’re not used to it :)

I think the reason the PC doesn't turn off after an update is because of a windows setting called "Use my sign in info to automatically finish setting up after an update" in the advanced update settings -> sign-in options... I have had the same issue, and that's what I think may fix it, am waiting till next update to find out for sure tho as it's untested.
