It’s very difficult, a lot of nuance! Just need to find what works best on an individual basis. Glad you’re preparing her well!

I've been working on my 3pt shot just by practicing the form that i was comfortable with. Now my friends and team keep having to guard me from the 3pt line

Was wondering, should I first start from the fundamentals when it comes to my mid ranger jumper (standing shots) or should I just start adding variations and variables to my shots (off dribbles, pull up’s, coming off pindowns, flares).

Both but it’s important to have a fundamental ish form like try and replicate the fundamental form but if something fees more comfortable try it but have a good base first

It really depends tho. This kind of drills/training is for people who shoots a 1 motion jumpers. These kind of players really need to have those kind of feet positions, to have it in their arsenal. But if you're a 2 motion jumper, like Kobe (Which I copy my game), it doesn't really matter as long as you master your release at the top of your jump.

Well that would make sense as to why the majority of the best shooters are 1 motion shooters from 3. Obviously on pull-ups most players shoot with a two motion shot, especially in the midrange. Doesn’t change anything that was said in the video, you still should work on shooting with different types of footwork, momentum, speeds, bad passes and good passes, varying differences in how your feet are angled on 1-2 step shots and hops off the dribble, and other things that might vary from rep to rep in a game. Go watch Kobe’s feet.
