@@iancastro1327 It moves last in its priority bracket, meaning it’s still +2, just an effective 0 speed. The only other +2 moves are feint, espeed, and follow me, so this doesn’t matter unless you’re fighting dragonite

Yo, so idk if u still run hisuian arcanine cuz im not caught up with this channel, but i wanted to ask how u EV it. Im tryna build one cuz i think its super cool but im not sure what to do for EVs. Rn ive got assault vest with max def and atk, but what do u recommend? Edit: ive thought about this a bit more and im thinking i can EV more into speed than defence, or just go all in on speed and attack because of intimidate. Plus i also run incin so with 2 intimidators on the team i feel like low def would be easier to manage. Would still appriciate or input here tho, moxie
