I would love to see Luis and BK do a blind draft like Luis and Gabby used to do! Each of them take alternating picks without the other knowing what is taken. Those were great!

I really like at around 1:19:21 BK stopped LSV from playing too impulsively, we all at times ay too recklessly because we are excited about a play and how it is important to take a pause to look at all plays. It shows that all players, no matter the amount of experience they have, can be caught in the moment

When BK said ‘Yeah’ I really felt that.

I'm impressed that LSV picked up on it so quickly. You hear him mention it in an offhand way on what, turn 1 when a player hasn't F6'd. It goes from "that's kinda weird" to "this game is unwinnable for him" over the course of the match's duration.

Your chemistry is the best, love every single video you make with BK :)

Fudging Bowmasters, dude. That card just fits RIGHT into Vintage play. It’s actually incredible how quickly it skipped the rungs of the power ladder and just went straight to like, idk, P1P1 levels? I’ve always hated playing against Black cards/deck, but absolutely LOVE playing with them.

I'm confused by the teferi oust conversation at around 1:38:00, why does it matter that the oust is instant speed because of teferi? The leyline binding already is and they only need one of them to be at instant speed right?

The trick is Ignoble Hierarch having Exalted and 0 base power. If they kill all but the Ignoble at sorcery speed, it can still attack for 1. But if they leave the Ignoble and one other creature, then only one attacker can come in with >0 power, and they can remove it at instant speed. The line at @1:36:55 was: 1) Leyline the Wight, 2) attack with Broadside, 3) activate Broadside throwing the Mox at the Voidwalker. Then either the opponent trades Tireless Tracker for Broadside or (more likely) they don't block, and in whichever case you can instant-speed Oust whichever of Tracker or Ignoble attacks you.

Yeah it doesn't matter because you can just cast oust in your main phase and hold up binding for the Tireless Tracker

Was thinking at 1:35:04 you could have activated Narset to try and find LED use bomba to kill dauthi and echo. Probably a worse play but may have worked out though I'm not sure which cards were on top before wheel of it was oust then wouldn't have drawn LED.

I think he just means you don't want too many tapped lands in res aggro decks.

that and also because having multiple colors in a deck means a good chance of not getting the correct color for a turn 1 one drop. thats why most aggro decks are mono colored, splashing one color at most. you really don't want to mess up the curve. (unless it's constructed and you can have 8 fetches and 8 duals for perfect mana base)

I’m confused about the thought process at 1:36:49. Like, even if Oust could only be cast at sorcery speed, how do things go wrong by shooting Voidwalker with Bombardiers? You could even start with Oust/Binding on Tracker so things go poorly for them if they double block.

I wish LSV would be sweeter with BK when he’s on. I know that’s the dynamic that LSV ribs him and they’re good friends but it doesn’t seem like BK enjoys it that much and he doesn’t reciprocate it. I’m sure that’s the culture with a lot of Magic pros and I know a lot of friend groups do that but it just kind of bums me out personally.

Nadu is definitely getting banned in modern, no shot they leave it be. There may be somewhat of an argument to ban Nadu in legacy too, but we'll see it's far different compared to modern and still has grief legal.

Love LSVs vids and love cooperations, but this one felt like it didn't matter of BK was there or not... Would have been the same deck and LSV talked like 95% of the time :/ So please more coops but involve them into decisions more ❤
