In the past, did 2 hr workouts mainly for strength. 15 yrs later cut them to 1 hr for bodybuilding and strength. Some 20 yrs later, a 1/2 hr .. still strength building and putting on some muscle. Now at 73, doing 20 min. For maintenance and getting compliments from youngsters at the gym. Never did the PEDS route. Thanks for this video.

More than an hour is crazy, not for everyone. I would get sick and pass out and die from overheating maybe. I do workouts up to 35 minutes and still not everyday in my thirties and even those sometimes split in two or three parts to have a clear mind and feel good without feeling sick and overheated

I just work out until my body/mind says IIm done. Sometimes, that's 2hrs, sometimes 30 mins.

@@dreamthedream8929 The rest time for different types of lifting varies, that's why some people stay longer at the gym, depending on if they are wanting to rest longer for strength, or shorter for endurance, it doesn't mean they are working out non-stop for more than an hour
It's great to see he has size and strength. Most people think you just need to be small as you get older.
@brennencasey5756

What? That doesn’t make any sense, people don’t think you need to be smaller as you get older that’s not even a thing. Everyone knows that size is good, I think what you mean to say is most people are just trying to lose fat as they get older so they get smaller. When the key is to gain muscle mass, that sheds fat naturally.
@BayouHotBoy1

@Brennen Casey First off, dont ever tell me what I meant to say. Most older athletes who I have met and trained with usually say you dont need to lift weights to be/get in shape.. In turn, they lean towards more cardio type exercises, which will create a more skinny lean look.

Yes very true in Asian women always think its a nature of old age, which is very wrong. The older we get, the more resistance training we need to do inorder to gain muscle mass, strength n bone density. More muscle mass, higher methabolism to burn calories/fat while in resting heart rate. Im 60 yo, im still a fitness instructor teaching on all the crucisl of fitness componants classes. Age us just a number :) Keep it Up everyone !! 🏋♂️❤
Wow na wow 😤😤😤👍💪💯 from Philippines 🇵🇭
I love the intensity and the slow controlled movements. Excellent for martial artists too 💪👍
I need to workout with this man. He’s 4 years younger. The thing is never do it too long. That’s if you want muscle mass. He knows what he’s doing. When you work heavy it should be short routines.
Isometric excersizes are amazing
One word WOW, I am hurting just by looking at this. Keep doing what you do my brother
Interesting routines. I can see they would work the WHOLE body - not just major or multiple muscle groups.

@brennencasey5756

This is your problem, you rely on motivation to work out. Working out consistently requires discipline. You will never continue to work out when relying on motivation. It’s not gonna happen. There’s no magic motivation pill that you’re gonna find anywhere that’s gonna make you physically exert your body. It’s a painful process yet, so if you don’t want the results bad enough you’ll never do it. You have to want to be in shape. Just imagine yourself with a better body, Having more energy, more strength, more stamina, and endurance. Breathing will feel better, water will taste better. And live will be so much more enjoyable because you will be able to impress people around you with your physically fit body, IF you have self discipline and work out. Instead of staying a fat lazy lump on a log that no one truly respects because you don’t put any effort into staying in physical shape
Outstanding and well done!
Huge respect, sir
He truly has the mind and muscle connection with perfect workout form and control

The first thing Aging really hits is explosive power and speed...however strength ,stamina,endurance usually goes up with age if you keep working out consistently ...before aging starts really to hurt those things as well is like at yours 50s (for those people who did not stopped working out consistently just cuzz their physical prime ended)

Zelenski is literally an actor. Ukraine struck a peace deal with Russia about ten years ago or so. They literally admit they used that time to stock pile weapons to prepare. Meaning they planned the war and blamed Putin. America is literally guving awards to Ukrainian Nazis lmao. On top of it Putin is selling the Zelenski the oil he needs to keep the war going and Zelenski is laundering money. It's a scam. You save lives by refusing to fight for psycopaths working together to get rich. Not by joining them.

Ok young excited guy, bill is awesome and I’m very impressed by some of his feet’s. But there are many ways of skinning a cat especially large cats like lions, tigers, leopards, cheetahs and other evil things. He will learn that you don’t need to do a bunch of silly risky stuff to be super fit. I’m in as good a shape as bill and I’m older but I gave up the silly stuff a decade ago because of injuries. I know it’s fun and impressive, but it’s reckless. I learned the hard way and so will Bill. When we are old we just need to adjust our training and we can still kick ass.
