They have to fill their oversized houses with something. Would be weird to have 25 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Either way the houses are way bigger than they need. Maybe it’s an investment?

It will not come close to that price. Back in 2009 they couldn't sell it for 4.7 million. They hired the wrong real estate firm to sell this house !!! Any professional would the tell them that you are out of your mind !!!
