I am 25 years old.. recently got job of 6lpa My relatives and parents are forcing me to take home loan so that I can get married. Obviously own house is a emotion and dream for me. Initially I also convinced to buy a flat in hyderabad which is listed by greedy owners charing 60 to 70lakhs for 1100 sq sft. I didn't see any life in that house. After watching your videos now I got clarity. I will buy a land and contact you to construct my dream. Let it take years of time I don't care one day I will get my dream house. Thanks buildofy❤

I think architect is good in framing the house. I think it is bit costly to build such homes for normal salaried employees. But also done a great job. I also liked it so much.

Everything is fine, but u said about greedy owners! It is expensive when u live in a community where all facilities r available including ur safety, docs in house, metro all these come with a cost. Many more facilities like gym, pool and so on. This type of home can be a weekend home

I love this, especially how traditional the vibe is of this home. The architects having food with the family at the end was even more special, it's the small things that matter. I pray and wish our traditions are preserved like this for centuries to come.

I have seen this house in south indian movies and I really really love the courtyard theme houses. It gives a very traditional joint family vibes. And hats off to the architect who have beautifully moulded both traditional and modern aesthetics in this house❤

Architects have done a wonderful job with a good mix of tradition & modern facilities. Layered front elevation looks magnificent . Overall, a good design has been executed aesthetically.

This is the kind of house I want to build but I was doubtful whether it can be built in 60x40.Old traditional structure .Well planned.

Not my favourite type of design but the warmth and homeliness of this house is divine. You can feel the peace and happiness in the owners eyes 😊

Generally, We, Indians don't think of a separate room for kids unless they become adults or get married. And it 's proven by studies that, babies, toddlers and kids grow better if they live with their parents in a single room.

Few points I recommend- 1. In the courtyard there is drop of one step which is not needed and restricts free movement 2. The two terraces at the first floor should be combined to make a single large space. 3. One extra bedroom on first floor should be added for kids or guests

It is definitely in the top 5 architectural videos catered for residential living on this channel. This project ticks off almost everything on my bucket list, & I don't even belong to south Indian states (as it has many southern architectural elements).

Mind blowing designs and perfect use of every single space. 100% vastu compliant !!! Awesome.....Not seen any such construction in a metropolitan city.
