Art historian Deborah A. Goldberg, Ph.D., explores Louise Nevelson's monumental metal sculpture Atmosphere and Environment VI in relation to the artist's earlier assemblages in wood, her contemporary work in Plexiglas, and sculpture by her peers. Dr. Goldberg will also investigate its placement on the grounds of Kykuit by Nelson Rockefeller.
