It is crazy how much Home prices and rentals have increased over the years. I prefer the surrounding areas if someone is looking more affordability.

How is the public transit up there? I know it’s a college town, and not all college kids have cars.

@Shelly Inspires, LLC - Transformational Coach I would say it's a more neutral job market. Semi-professional- can find jobs pretty easily. However, if it's more mid-level education (college, higher degrees), it would be more challenging from what I am seeing.
