Yes but after being offered this ten times in the same evening..I feel like you can get... Weaker and weaker, and tempted to finally accept and say yes. Even being tempted to.... enjoy it since they all seem to feel good...and with the dancing, the music..you wanna relax.easier said than done,doing it is hard (I don't mean you saying that,I don't think of you personally🤍, but hey ALL they that,like on TV🤪.."hey just say no. Just say no".but inside...it's an exercise, a tough exercise for SOME of us)

Its on you to have strength of will not to fall to peer pressure. But if you are prone to peer pressure anyways, its good not to surround yourself with drinking friends, or if you do have drinking friends they should NEVER pressure you (unfriend them if they do), or just don't attend parties. There are tons of places without drugs to socialise.​@@julie.66

OMG. 😄😄...And you know what when I was going out in the U.K., my neighbours, on holidays or big week ends(not London, more in the south) ,my friends alllll told me that bartenders gave them at least beers (I think other drinks too, but beer for sure)after 16 years old🤪. I was even kinda witnessing it, cause few TEEN guy friends had a beer or two in front of me I swear I saw them we were in English school(but whatever they said, not sure bartenders asked if they were 16 or even an ID card, or KNEW they were underage🤔.which would mean 18 not 21 anyway😝). Laws are weird. In a place they tell you oh it's bad before 21,another 16,another yes 14: yours lol if the parents agree.(in mine they commonly make kids taste red wine, champagne etc...only some kinds of alcohol but it's seen as classy, and even to kids in big -i mean many people- or rich/classy family in seminars, wine tasting trips...it's in France and same I saw it I was like 12,13 so this is real😝🤣)

It was 18 in Alberta when I turned 18. I moved to BC, where it is 19. I had to wait another eight months to be legal again. But I'd been drinking before. It was a rite of passage to get so drunk you had to throw up. I learned my limit. And did not become a problem drinker. Recently, I had to give up drinking (apart from the occasional beer on vacation) due to blood pressure issues. Did not have a problem doing that.

Im russian, abd many of my uncles died from drinking the good vodka💀💀💀💀

but the minimum age here in the netherlands is actually 18

Good thing I am NOT an alcoholic, as most of it tastes pretty bad, as I only had a small amount on my 21st birthday, only once, and it was far worse-tasting than black licorice.

I don't believe in underage drinking.

Im 14 the last two days i drank every dat of them a bottle of 30 abv brandy and i did not feel anything i was a little lightheaded but i didnt feel anything else and yes today im craving some alcohol but not much but i dont how i did that

One thing I'm scared about drinking is that if you don't sleep on your side you can vomit in your sleep and choke to death or simple stop breathing but I really wanna feel drunk you know but I don't have to worry for a few years I can't drink yet

My son is 4 month old..he had his vaccination on 6th march 2023..one of the vaccination hexaxim (DTPa-hepB-IPV-Hib) given was expired in November 2022..no side effect till now( 100 hours have passed since vaccination) but i want to ask whether can it cause trouble later and also can it create some issue in future? Also tell me is vaccine have some potency after expiry as i have read it does have till 6 months after expiry and if it has some potency,then should i give another dose to my child or not and if yes when should it be given?

A few days ago i wanted to eat a piece a chocolate, so i took a piece of chocolate from the cabinet. The chocolate looked pretty sus, but i didn't think much about it. I thought it was just the design. So I unwrap the plastic from the piece of chocolate and I cut it in half. There was this strange dark brown liquid that came out, little did I know it as alcohol. So I took a tiny bite of the chocolate. And for the millisecond the chocolate was on my tastebuds, i tasted something acidic. It was the alcohol in the chocolate. So I rushed to the bathroom and ran my mouth down the sink with water until the acidic taste wore of my mouth. And yes, I threw the chocolate away in the trash can. Moral of the story: read the ingredients before eating something. Especially sus looking chocolate.

You know alcohol is worse than some drugs, but turns up huge profit for governments, is considered holy in some cultures, in short amounts can be fine, and that's why it's kept legal. It's always the best option to avoid it entirely.

Of course the real "benefit" of eschewing alcohol isn't that you live longer, it's that life's so boring it actually feels like you've lived longer. ;) Like everything else in life *sensible informed moderation is key*, not some nanny state knee jerk abstention message from a zealot. Setting teens up to to fail and self loathe? Way to go, a seemingly very catholic approach.

If you want to say no and don't know the words... all you have to do is say "no thank you." Or "I don't want any." No particular reason required. I hate to bring it up but those examples you gave are pretty terrible, especially when it comes to teenagers. Just say, "no." That's all you need.
