Thanks for the input and we agree. Here in Alaska we do not have school zones, but every state is different on how the pay for public education etc. Thanks for watching the channel:)

We agree, as long as it makes sense for the person. Historically housing has gone up year over year, but every market is different and it's important for people to understand there are costs they may not think about before buying. Education is power! Thanks for watching:)
