Don't even get me fucking started bro lol. You dont even know. Didn't you hear him say how they make you buy a 40 dollar lock to secure THEIR shit? I am about to go to orientation for Swift soon I got my CDL at a local school, and in these videos you have to watch they go on and on about load security and high crime areas etc. And all that preaching and this multi billion dollar company wants YOU to buy the lock LOL. Looking to get experience aaaand bounce.

You should also get some resistance bands and a kettlebell so you can work out on your 30 min breaks.

They also have a non-slip mats that might work for the microwave

You can get cloth bins at Walmart to put your food in so it doesn't slide everywhere. Also, how big is the cubby for your microwave? I am curious for when I get out of CDL school. You can get rubber cabinet liner to help with the sliding.

O, i forgot to mention, get your flash light and look in the space where you put the CB, if theres a CB antenna in there BAM , you won't have to buy a antenna cord and there should also be a power cord connection wires in there to, hopefully , thats means antenna mount is behind the truck above air hoses, let us now what you find

i know this vid is old and with Still wish i finished training *cough ehemm i mean swift* but i spend like 60$ a week at walmart on food can get loads of food for 60$ i agree the wipes do come in handy, another good option if you go somewhere nice is a solar shower, so you dont have to use nasty truck stop showers, but if you have to use them a pair of flip flops is handy, lol @ dont drink soda your going to get Big, im thinking what im canadian our winters are colder lol

I’m going to try to get into swift and get my CDL! They are doing $800 per week training pay for driving with a trainer for 4-6 weeks and $1000 a week guarantee for your first 6 months solo! If they approve me I will be with swift in the near future!

I would definitely go through the company called Prime if your trying to get your cdls. You have a better chance at success with them over swift. You can also see if theres a technical college near you sometimes companies can sponsor you for free and give you gas money to get to cdl school.

@@goatedreloaded1917 I did the permit class there too, we started Feb 8, so, from then until today is how long that takes. BTW, I would HIGHLY suggest going about it the way I did. All the people who came into our class with permits and physicals they got outside of the academy had problems with admin and paperwork. Two of them were dropped the day after orientation! Do it all through Swift if you can.

@@chez8239 even having everything right, someone in processing got lazy, and I was almost held up. Luckily Barb at Fontana got on it for me, and I was out on-time. They dropped guys who were there with us the whole time at the very end, two days away from testing! So yeah, I tell everyone to just go through the whole process there with Swift.

hey good question, yes you will get your truck upon graduation, and no we dont share trucks, and some trucks do come with fridge but usually the older year do not, most newer trucks do come with one already but everything else besides the fridge you have to get it

I’m thankful for the quick response from swift, I lucked out cause they are starting me out as. 2 year experienced driver based on my military service and I was offered the extra days of training on flatbed.
