We don't like Costco's clothes because the quality isn't good. But overall, everything you've bought is very good. I know how hard it is to look at each item and select according to others.

It totally depends on the quantity that you are carrying . For example a package of HERSHEY'S chocolate can be between $14 - $18 for 1 KG. It totally depends on the quantity and brand of the chocolates. And the same goes for clothes. Each item is different price based on the brand and material.
