I think this can be a little better if they did this on an airfield or something with a bunch of ramps around the platform so its harder to know where the cars are coming from.

Turn friendly fire back on and it'll be more interesting. Fun concept though

I love the duality of viewers that say Jack has a point about unbalancing, and the viewers that say he's annoying.

This would be better if it was 5v1 or something

In 2018, Miniguns vs Armored Kurumas were pretty well established in the snipers vs stunters scene. It's the equivalent to Rockets vs Insurgents. I don't know what compelled Matt to think this was a good idea other than both having "mini" in their names.

If the minimaps were turned off it would've been much more fair, they could see them coming every time!

If Matt could place those teleportation pads you put in races to make it even more difficult for the Miniguns it could be interesting;

Slack is the shit. I have two different workspaces and loving every second of it.

The next Things To Do should be a new Choppers vs Choppers: Attack Helicopters vs hand axes. That's pretty balanced.

This was underwhelming. I get it's for the pun but really it's just like cardboard vs ballistic missiles. You know who wins and there's no challenging that.

Dylan Golden I know what AH does, but I can tell none of them are very excited by this. They're playing it off because they're entertainers and they need to make a video. But if you listen to what they're saying they all agree it's just plain unfair and not great.

Geoff: short moments of pure brilliance followed by soul crushing failure.

So to all the commenters complaining about Jack bitching about the map, would any of you honestly not be complaining to some degree if you were forced to play a map this unbalanced for the sake of content?

Jack doesn't complain when he and Michael, 'Betting Buddies', essentially break any competitive element in GTA Races which results in boring, unbalanced content.

The nerve of them criticizing Matt for eating on mic. Lost count of the amount of Let's Play I haven't finished watching because 6 people were all chewing pizza into the mics at once.

It’s more balanced if it was armored Shafters v. Mini guns. That way players have bullet RESISTANT windows and some armor to the cars

as geoff has found out, bullet proof windows isnt so bullet proof.

All they need to do for balancing, either first person for the minigunners, or make the platform wider for the mini coopers to land on and run people over. Radar on or off depending on first or third person.

Jack didn’t seem to be complaining an excessive enough amount to warrant the bitching in the comments. Definitely unbalanced, but I still managed to have a few laughs throughout the video.

Alec My issue with Jack is he always seems to complain. Unless it is his idea because his way is perfect. But, he complains that everyone else isn't doing it his way. He goes out of his way to bring politics into most videos. Be it snide marks and comments, all the way to full blown meltdown. I give you he can be funny when he pushed people's buttons or messes with their idea.

Hearing Matt defend this map saying it's balanced when clearly they're current scoreboard proves otherwise was ridiculously infuriating

You need twice as many mini coopers as there are mini gunners, and only the mini gunners should have their radars turned off.

I can imagine Jack's character was doing an epic superhero landing 10:19

Maybe bulletproof tires would've been the much needed equalizer

jake snake there is a mini uzi but itd take them forever to shoot the drivers, but it's probably be better than this where legitimately the driver's can't win

Would be really interesting if GTA allowed multiple lives for one team. Miniguns have 1 life. Cars have 3.

This is about as balanced as a toddler and an elephant on a seesaw. Still pretty amusing.

This would have been funny with different car combinations or weapons. The low and slow stealthy profile is a unique draw, but the balance wasn't the neatest. Using an underpass to swap sides is something that should be improved on in the future for sure.

Next time Matt'll make "Submarines versus Submachine guns!"

Snipers v Stunters Miniguns v Armored Kurumas RPG v Insurgents These are acceptable, fair matches.

Same game but with the Armored Karuma would be pretty fun

This would be so much more balanced if they used an armored car, or even if the ramps were those tubes from Cunning Stunts, that way you could stick to the "Mini" theme.

This is storm the tower all over again, sounds good and awesome in paper, but unbalanced bullshit in practice.

I think if you can improve the map to make the game mode more balanced. like maybe make ramps that come from all 4 directions, but keep the platform thin so that 2 sides are better than the others. also, you can make something that kinda guides the cars down into cover if they jump too high. you could alternatively use different ramps that make the height problem less of a thing, there are also ramps that you can place that make it hard for the people to shoot at the cars before they're airborne. I'm curious what would happen if the ramps were those tubes that cars can drive in

People say it's unbalanced but the Mini Coopers did kill the miniguns quite a few times.

While I agree with Jack that this is pretty shittily unbalanced, perhaps if the minigun pickups didn't respawn as quickly and if there weren't as many of them it would be a little fairer. That way the shooting team would have to watch their bullets rather than continuously fire the majority of the time.

The only way I could see this as "balanced" would be if you limited the ammunition. Have only 3 miniguns available, one for each member. (or just one to make it more challanging actually)

What's next mortors vs mercadies?LMGs vs Lamborghinis?firework launchers vs Ferraris?

Why not make a version of this that's Compacts vs Compacts? Compact cars vs. Compact Assault rifle, same basic concept and it'd keep the naming convention. Just a suggestion Matt Bragg

The thing is Snipers vs Stunters itself is inherently unbalanced because shooting is really easy in GTA 5, while driving requires some skill; so inexperienced players will always find the snipping side easier. So when trying to recreate that experience, it would be logical to put the balance a little in favor of the gunners. While I would agree that this game mode favors the gunners a little more than OG SvS, it certainly is close enough to replicate the experience. So what I'm saying is Jack and Matt are both right.

Suggestion for Mini v Mini X: Make the platform the shooters are standing on thinner. Add an additional ramp for the cars between the two existing ramps so that they can choose anywhere to launch from instead of only the "ends" of the standing platform. Add a roof above the standing platform that the mini's smash into if they are going too fast that redirects them downward - this way you can floor it as a mini for maximum speed. For additional madness add two explosive tanks on the sides of the standing platform so that if they go crazy with their aim they kill themselves (this part is iffy because AH's aim might mean they die all time).

Snipers vs Vipers?

The cars just needed more barriers to protect them.

It's difficult to get a kill as the mini but not unbalanced because of the taking turns about. Just low scoring.

Anyone else notice the kills were 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 but out of order?

Mini guns, mini coopers, mini balance.

I think you guys might want to rethink what the meaning of "Play Testing" that way no one bitches at the guy who made the map.

3 teams, team minis north, team minis south and team shooters and radar off should balance it out

How about Bullsharks vs Nightsharks? Stunters have Nightsharks while the minigunners have Bullshark Testosterone. A more balanced game that still has a theme.

It may not be balanced, but it looks fun as fuck
