I call that no mans land! There just isn't as much built there yet. They do have a new square coming though !
Does TV make you get a new roof every so may years or is that a thing the actual insurances mandate? Heard need a new one every 10 years but not sure if that’s via TV or the home owners insurance company? Also why does the sewer cost vary every month🤔

So there is a new ruling on that. If it is 15 years or older you might have to. They will have roof expert come out to determine. That is done through insurance though, not the villages itself! If you have any other questions feel free to reach out anytime at (352) 390-4800

Hi! They do allow a certain amount of people to be under 55 or if you significant other is 55 , that is allowed as well!
