I see Buell get some heat from now and then, but the people who own them usually love them and these few issues are livable and make it have its own personality, well the second one, the first and last points are just a little disappointing.

If your using Allen wrenches, that explains a lot... Most fasteners are torx - t27 to be specific. Also sounds like a lot of the issues are previous owner/maintenance related....

The wiring is not maintenance related nor is the way it rides.

@@navscycles no, but things like seat bolts where you are ranting about them being location specific /side to side also indicates damaged fasteners - things that rather than fighting - should just be properly repaired. That and talking about head shake / ride quality etc - this tells me that the suspension is not properly adjusted. The base line settings are published in the owners manual , and based on body weight and riding style. And yes - they are VERY sensitive to being improperly adjusted. No - they weren't a mass market bike that any one can just jump on and ride at 100% potential
