Every murdered child’s parents are wondering why their child wasn’t called an angel or Americas child. Ridiculous amount of energy is aimed at Gabbys supposed killer. If he’s caught & taken to trial there will be mis trials as there is no way they could get a jury who’s not heard of this case or somebody who’s not decided he’s guilty before hearing the evidence

@@user-wickedflower . . .For the most part, I agree with your sentiments, BUT. . . It's a misconception that juries have to be comprised of people who "have never heard of the case." In high-profile cases, you'd have nothing but ignoramuses and hermits in the jury pool. And defense attorneys know EXACTLY how to manipulate even people who are pretty certain of a defendant's guilt and use the jurors' own prejudices to get an outcome favorable to the accused. (Look at the Casey Anthony trial.) NO murder trial has EVER been dismissed because the court couldn't find an appropriate jury. And though mistrials on those grounds are rare, they have occurred, but the trial is just started over with a different jury.

@@user-wickedflower My point exactly. What made this case more important that those of thousands of child abductions or trafficked victims? Every soul is important, granted. But what makes them pick a case over another? The fact that the suspect is on TV? Why blow so much taxpayers money in a swamp? Why let this man walk after he got back from the trip without Gabby? Inadequacy, seems to me...

Ever seen a woman walk away from her boyfriend or husband at a restaurant or party because she was annoyed? Now if the woman goes missing WHO is automatically assumed to be guilty? If she couldn't be found nearby, wouldn't the man drive the vehicle home expecting her to be there? Even with scratches on his face and the girlfriend admitting SHE HIT HIM, the Police didn't arrest her. If it was the opposite HE would have been arrested. Men are automatically assumed to be guilty so they need to be careful. Would you want to spend weeks living and traveling in a small van with someone, ANYONE? I was traveling in a foreign country when my friend of 30 years at the time when he pissed my off, and I got out of the van saying I would meet back at the hotel. If I was killed or went missing the only thing saving my friend was the fact our wives and children were in the car. HE HAD AN ALIBI. If we had been alone he would have been screwed if I died or went missing. Look up how many people GO MISSING in the US every year. How many are never found? She says enough of this, I am flying home and DON'T CALL OR TEXT me, I WILL CALL YOU. What is he supposed to do? *HE CAN'T STOP HER OR MAKE HER STAY CAN HE?* She may have found another man but wanted her van and things taken home. If SHE CHOSE to just leave and not put up with him, how was she supposed to take her belongings or van on a plane or bus? If you KILLED SOMEONE wouldn't you use bleach, burn the van in the middle of nowhere so it won't be found? You can show up at home by bus saying she kicked me out of the van as she found a new man. NO I didn't see him, don't know his name OR WANT to know anything about him. I texted her everyday but she is just ignoring me. The problem is you're female and not used to being held responsible for your own actions let alone the actions of a female you're traveling with.

@@mgheichert All would be possibilities except one small thing you’re failing to grasp. Anyone else in that situation would have called home or a friend or family member.. to say they’re coming home early and their fiancé is driving the van back.. or he would have called a friend and said she went nuts and left the camp site and didn’t return and he went looking and couldn’t find her and he didn’t have any money (other than the cash on hand) and he needed to drive the van to get help.. not her van, 30 hours home without her. I’m not saying it was his mission to take her life.. it may not have been that simple. They could have gotten into an explosive argument and she caused harm to herself and he tried to intervene.. but the fact those who crossed paths with him after she had died .. said he looked completely normal and well kept. No mention of any bruises or scratch marks.. or freaking out about stumbling or witnessing her death or any mention of him losing her whereabouts.. He instead made up a story saying his fiancé was back at the van working and he was out hiking on his own for a few days - yeah, okay.. I believe all except the part that she was working. he had likely already caused her death then tried to flee on foot - couldn’t get anywhere and decided it was best to go back to the van, and drive home and fabricate a story or lawyer up. If he were innocent - he’s not been formerly charged with her murder.. he could easily step up and want to talk to police.. to clear his name.. and to help find justice for her. The fact he lawyered up and then fled.. screams he is guilty in one way shape or form of her dying. Maybe they were mentally down.. and contemplated a double suicide.. or he planned to kill her then commit suicide (maybe she broke up with him and he couldn’t handle someone else being with her).. and he didn’t hold up his end of the plan .. instead he chickened out and is now on the run. The fact his parents aren’t even “trying to find him” - means they either know where he is or aren’t concerned about his condition.. because he’s not actually living outside. Probably holed up in an airbnb and ordering groceries online using friends and family’s credit cards.

@@mgheichert it has nothing at all to do with being a male or female, she admitted to hitting him but he didn't admit anything when the original 911 call was someone calling about her being hit by him. I also think IF he did something, he didn't have the time or wit to do and plan all those things you just said. So he ran home to his mom and dad as fast as possible so they could sort it out for him. And he obviously didn't have any money to do the things you referred to because he was using her credit card. Because they haven't found him or gotten any real explanation I'm not saying he for sure did anything but running and hiding from the police right before they found her body, isn't usually something an innocent person does either. As well as refusing to cooperate at all so I am not just going to say I think he's innocent either. That's just common sense. (nothing to do with being a female🙄)

Because Attorney had to have it clear that Dad was there to "help" and not to answer other questions. Daughter really put the screws to Attorney's situation and how he threw Daughter under the bus. I know this day in age we all have this sense of entitlement to know everything and know it now, but reality is, the Laundries do not owe you or I an explanation. They unfortunately exercised their fifth amendment rights. The same rights we ALL have. Even if they didn’t, the only people they owe an explanation to is the Petito family and the police who are investigating Gabby’s death. The rest of us will have to wait…as much as we don’t want to.

There’s only one problem with taking something of Brian’s and using as a prop to trick the parents. Anything that was taken from the home as evidence will be put on a receipt and given to the family and would be signed by both the parents and law enforcement for everything they took outta the home. That way when the case is done they can get all their property back and make sure everything is there if they wanted it.

There is no such thing as debtors prison so all they would succeed in doing is ruining their credit. The parents haven’t broken any laws. Are they despicable people. HELL YEAH! But, harassment is against the law and I am just surprised they haven’t demanded protection from law enforcement. Also, the continuance harassers need to be arrested and jailed. What they are doing IS AGAINST the law. What the Laundries are doing - NOT! I don’t like it but you cannot select which laws you are going to enforce or follow.

Most smart phones have GPS so it records ya movements and tells ya roads to use. Pretty accurate. But yeh tracks you. As soon as he got to FL he might have destroyed it as off no use. Though it possible the LE could get a warrant to there cellular services of her accounts and his the text messages of where they were and going. If he has a burner phone could be all over the place.
