Tried this recipe twice - tasted SO good! But not sure why both times I had trouble cutting it as thin
Those thin slices are amazing--I'm struggling to get them that thin without breaking them! Also, is there any reason why only egg whites are used in this recipe?
Could I omit butter? I saw some doesn’t contains oil:)

Can i sub bread flour with cake flour?:)
what oven setting do you use? do you use top & bottom heat?
