Improved he’s 35 here had 6 kos in 30 plus fights. Now he has 9 on 40 fights. This is a couple year span. He lost by neck cranks by glover as he had no solution to that. Neck cranks were extinct by 98 as the latest as you just loose Your guard and move from there. And Jan is brutalized by necks cranks on 2020. His best wins are against jacare who fought once at 205 and could have lost that fight. Rockhold and adasanya all a single figvt at 205 Ufc hype machine. Legendary polish power with a lower ko percentage than pernell Whitaker and Paulie malignaggi. Modern mma fans are retarded and believe what promoters say.

Santos will never be the same as he was. He was truly a scary individual. Very well rounded

Santos made Glover look like an amateur in the stand-up fight, Santos almost knocked out Glover several times, in every second they were standing up glover was getting hit in the head and being rocked, but after Glover fell to the ground, Santos wasn't smart and gave away his legs to Glover and was taken down. I will admit that Santos BJJ and Grapling were kinda "rusty", but man oh man, did his striking look as good as ever, if Thiago had been smart and had kept his distance from Glover, forcing him to stand up everytime glover fell down to the grownd, Santos would've easily won that fight with his vast superior striking.

@@jnsbrt4285 dude, Gastelum is way faster and smarter with his striking than Jan, otherwise he wouldn't get the chance to keep the rounds going against Izzy like that where he caught him so many times (whilst the other fighters after that fight kept losing in the first rounds). Adesanya also improved from the Gastelum fight and there's no way Jan is faster than him. Even if Izzy wouldn't drop him from one punch, he'll continue to catch Jan until he eventually gets the TKO or KO. Jan also doesn't have Izzy's fighting experience. Izzy has way more professional fights under his resume than Jan. Don't tell me that a guitarist who practiced guitar for 8000 hours in the span of 20 years is better than another one who practiced for 15.000 hours in 15 years. More age/time doesn't bring experience if the actual time spent on training and fighting isn't pushed up as well

imho, jan can for sure knock glover out, but consider this: Santos is probably a more accurate striker than Jan and Santos is also better on the ground. Blachowicz got dominated on the ground by Gustafsson, wich is not a grappler. Jan will have to knock glover out cold as soon as he can or I don't think he will have game on the ground.

Just because someone beat another doesn't mean they can beat a person that lost against that someone, the person could have fixed their mistakes, gotten a lot better since that fight they lost. And most importantly it could've been a simple mistake, other guy got lucky, etc. it's very hard to tell if someone can beat the other. That's what makes this sport so entertaining

Yeah for Jan to dominate, he needs to watch out for the counter punches of Izzy. Rushing in head first will be a mistake. The way to beat Izzy but extremely though is a grappling clinic. But the lad is so fluid, hard to grab

@@izzy031096 jan has about a 6 inch reach advantage over costa and has a 2 inch height advantage over costa, but the main thing is costa probably only came into the fight at about 200 pounds, jans probably coming in about 25 pounds heavier. so yan is bigger in every way than costa. plus, although yan is older, he’s definitely improved a ton dispite his age.
