Recipe and ingredients:
Recipe 1
2 bananas.
lemon juice.
100g walnuts.
50g oat flakes.
1 TBSP. Cocoa powder.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
Recipe 2
120 g oat flakes.
50g walnuts.
2 apples.
30 ml water.
Puree from 1 apple.
Finely chop the second apple.
Place in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
Recipe 3
120 g oat flakes.
240 g warm milk.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
2 bananas.
2 eggs.
2 tablespoons cocoa.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
100g powdered sugar.
30 ml espresso coffee.
Recipe 4
1 cup oatmeal.
50 g cranberries.
50 g dried apricots.
60g nuts.
1 banana.
1 apple.
50g oat flakes.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
Recipe 5
4 eggs.
4 tablespoons sweetener.
A pinch of salt.
Vanillin.
100 ml oil.
2 cups oatmeal.
Leave on for 20 minutes.
2 apples.
3 tablespoons cornstarch.
1 cup nuts.
1 cup dried apricots.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Shape 22 cm/9 inches.
Add half of the dough first.
Add half of the nuts.
Put half of the apples in it.
30 g cranberries.
Add the second part of the test.
Bake at 180° for 45 minutes.
