3 chicken eggs.
500 ml milk.
180g flour.
Some vegetable oil.
Salt to taste.
Ingredients for Bechamel Sauce:
50g butter.
60g flour.
600 ml milk.
200 g hard mozzarella cheese.
Salt and dried ground nutmeg to taste.
Ingredients for decoration:
4 cherry tomatoes.
Some dill.

Я всегда тоже возмущаюсь, ну зачем показывать весь процесс, нарезке и всего остального, можно это сделать как то покороче, а то порой надоедает, что не посмотришь конечный результат.

A little editing would help. The video doesn't need to show EVERY knife cut of BOTH onion halves - the ENTIRE frying time of minutes of pushing the onion around in the pan - grating the WHOLE carrot, etc. One or two bits of each of these things is sufficient. To watch the ENTIRE process in real time is excruciating. I left the video before it finished - because it was taking far too long . . .

Зачем показывати весь процесс приготовления?Смотреть нудно и не у всех хватит терпения.И хорошо было бы хотябы комментировать свои действия раз Вы так долго лдемонстрируете нам как надо шинковать овощи и помешивать все при жарке.

Рецепт хороший но почему нельзя заранее все порезать и натереть ???Вы отнимаете у людей время ???По моему каждая хозяйка знает как резать лук и тереть морковь на терке резать перец .Я не досмоьрела нп хватило терпения смотреть на это и еще по 5 минут смотреть как мешаете овощи в сковородке .Научитесь краткости !!!!

Curious about the dough, some of it looked undone? Is there a reason u dont back it till almoat done to ensure the dough gets done, bfor adding the cheese? This is the only step i would change, for my liking. It looks really good. Will have to try jt one day
