Between the character designs being somehow more anime than fates and awakening combined, Colgate being real and also Corrin 2.0 and FEH being canonized, there's a lot to take in, I hope we don't get a Warriors 1 or TMS situation, where we get characters from like 3 games, but I'm expecting it

It was supposed to be for the 30 year anniversary, but Rona and a lotta other things pushed it back a lot. Sure, it's not what we were hoping for, but at least it's had plenty of time in the oven.

Byleth does talk on Three Hopes and its a joy. In the playtthroughs I made, I gave Shez a Byleth their default names and genders acconrding to the cover, and they felt like normal characters. Best part: does not contradicts Three Houses Byleth's "personality" Honestly, avatars in FE work better as normal characters in my opinion

Well, I was wrong. At the very least, I'll hold my disappointment until the game releases.

I was dumbfounded that the leaks were true lmao. Either way Im looking forward to the gameplay at least. The character design or maybe the artstyle is not my cup of tea and the bits teasing the story seem meh so really the only thing this game could hook me with is its gameplay. Overall the game seems odd. I just have mixed feelings towards it I guess. I definitely did not want a remake or something like that. I'd rather they just move forward and make new stuff but this doesn't feel super new if you know what I'm saying. Like I said, hopefully game ends up playing well in the end. The art direction will never win me over tho... I think 🤷‍♂️

I have little hope for the story and characters as it will probably just be an overly fanservicey game. If gameplay and music is good though I can look past it. I like to see that mc talks because I hate silent protags but I don’t know if I can take he/she all that serious because of the toothpaste. I haven’t given up just hope the game suprises me in a good way
