ok i'll tell you something, back in days mod menus used to be a tool that teach you how to know cheaters , and i used a lot of those and now i really know whos legit and whos hacking , but i nowadays hacks become a way that gamers use to show hatred towards game studios , guess why ?? cause of pay to play policy , they all think that all gamers in this world got the money to pay for a pack , but the truth is some of those gamers worked his ass off for months to buy a rig or a console. thats the thing they keep ignoring for their good.

Everyone saying people cheat to get a reaction. Usually true, but there's always a reason they want that reaction - aware of it or not. They can feel insecure, unloved, unsuccessful, incompetent, or have any other negative feelings that prevent them from finding joy in taking part in something as normal as playing a video game. Any cheater will tell you otherwise. But they are in denial. I hate how rampant cheating is. But, honestly, I feel bad for these people.

Wonder if they can do what the did to TitanFall 1. When a hacker was detected, instead of telling them you've been detected, it just puts you in to servers full of other hackers. Absolutely brilliant and simple concept. If they edit files on their machine after they've been moved it's too late, if they create a new account they'll just end up back in the cheat servers. It's genius

Indeed. Vote ban has been good in a lot of games. But it has to work well to not ban excellent players when people get salty for them popping off in a round. Maybe also some extensive profile with community reputation.

Vote ban, or privately owned servers with Admins left me with few decent servers towards the end of BF4. I was constantly getting banned and have never used any hack in my life. So I don't know if this would work.

This is why I hate online games, I am a single player guy myself. These "Hackers" are just some fat lonely kids that have nothing left to do in their lives but to instead ruin fun for other players that are completely innocent. It is disguising seeing this.

When we had our own servers in BF4, admins would smash cheaters super fast. Sure, you'd get kicked for whooping admins ass too much but at least cheaters would be kicked ASAP.

One of the main problems is that Indian and Chinese gaming culture doesn’t care about cheating. They think that if they can do something to get ahead, there’s no reason why they shouldn’t do it. That’s why cheating is such a problem of southeast Asian servers.

I wouldn't mind 2042 being delayed to fix this..

They do this to get a reaction out of normal players, they don't care if they ruin the fun for others in a game, they do it for attention, they do it for the pleasure of seeing people rage at them, and they do it to make them feel good which is quite sad really and its even more sadder that no matter how many the game system bans them in a game they will always come back with another premade account, and they will do it again and again to no end.

When you find hackers publish their real names and addresses the community will take care of the rest

It's kinda ironic everyone saying "COD full of hackers moving to battlefield" to end up in the same spot. Godamn cheaters man destroying the playerbase and the playerbase destroying the games

I think the only way you can really go no hackers is if the games are streamed from EA servers. You have no files on your machine, you just launch a virtual game and all the files are controlled/updated on the EA side. Until internet speeds are up to this, we will always see cheaters.

The diference betheewn bf and most of of fps game is that there are admins

They should do like gta and regroup all the cheaters on dedicated servers

last few times i tried to play bf5 it was full of hackers. bf4 is on private servers and you dont see that shit.

The thing is BF6 has a big rump card. Community Servers with Admins actively playing alongside you = insta bans from the server. There have always been extra safe community servers in BF3+4.

When it comes to the point of a buggy release like with BF4: All games since BF4 had a mostly good experience since launch. So unless they fuck up in same way again, I don't think we should worry about that specific issue. Cheaters tho.....

I’m guessing it’s different because 2042 is the most hyped bf with the most attention. Like the video already explained, all eyes are on 2042 and no system can block thousands of hackers who constantly find ways to weasel through the system

I have been playing online games since the first FP Shooter games came out cheats have always been a issue, it is only thanks to the big boom in game streams that made them more noticeable.

Online hackers are the same type of people like reallife school bullies, angry old men who hunt skaters or people who hate children. They just destroy fun of others for their own satisfaction without paying any attention to the world they live in. wow, got deep.

That was the first time I've ever seen a hackers in game HUD.... No wonder they get them impossible kills and just know where you're gonna pop out from. I really hope EA tackles this potential disaster and don't delay the game from its release date..

Atleast for some gaming communities (e.g. chinese) it´s rooted in culture. They have to be on top, no matter how. If they need to cheat or use other unfair means to do it, it is perfectly fine by them. That is also the reason why southeast asian servers in most games are usually overrun by cheaters. There isn´t much you can to about that mindset.

Luckily we humans have the ability to use a pretty amazing brain. There is always a way to outsmart any hacker with enough creativity.

So if your worried about the tech test most tech test are very early builds sometimes even 4-5 months old builds

It's not that difficult just implement a voting ban system. So players can collectively ban the hackers during gameplay.

I've been kicked multiple times for killing the admin on battlefield 4 but I just go back in but I've seen hackers destroy maps with zero reprocussions even after I reported them multiple times. I wish there was a simple 30 second record and send button. If it happens enough they get banned... Seems so simple

Thank you for posting. What's sad is all the time and money game makers have to put into anti-cheating instead of the game itself. If a game doesn't come out on time, don't blame the game maker, blame the hackers and cheats. These people really must live sad lives.

Devs need a poll to ask players if they want a delay or broken game with that knowledge they can decide to do either for the fans.

EA needs to hire admins to hop from servers to servers with a program that let them spectate players and if they have enoufg evidences that someone is hacking then just ban him right on the spot but lol no way EA is ever gonna hire actual admins to moderate their servers... Wouldnt be the coolest job ever but im sure it would be a great part time job for youngters.

This makes no sense, I understand the theory of botting in MMOs as they make a real world value when selling items or gold, not that I agree with that. But an FPS game like this and cod? It makes no sense at all, paying £50 to not even play it and just get a number on a scorebored.

It makes even less sense in BF. You can outscore a player based on squad roles, challenges and objectives. It just doesn’t make sense to me.

Hackers and cheaters need to be sent to pay a serious fine or something extreme. They never learn and nothing stops them from just making a new account

Thats why we need blockchain for gaming. Once you're banned there is no way back

The hacker should be sent automatically into a server the moment they choose any server and play together and AI bot that can one-shot them lol

Iv been watching alpha gameplay on KZread and I really hope they clear up some of the clutter like there is so much on the screen at once from your health ammo on the right side (personally not a fan of the blueish yellow color choice) then on the left side a big ass mini map and when u scope in it gives a direction bar then on top of screen it’s a giant black bar saying like “the enemy is in control” and it stays like that. Ya I get it’s in alpha but I hope they will shrink the clutter or give an option to disable certain things I don’t need that much clutter at once

There have been millions of 3rd party controllers sold that give you aim bot and many other cheats. These controllers are constantly on back order. Odds are if you play a multilayer game you have already been killed by one of these. Unless something big changes soon. Online multilayer gaming is doomed.

Sure it depends on the games you’re playing but, chances are, if you have played COD, Battlefield, Raimbow six siege Ect. Then you have already encountered people playing with them. Rainbow six siege is for sure where I see it the most but battlefield has its macro warriors and KBM warriors on console. It will never really go away unless Sony and Microsoft decides to do something about it, which evidently they are not lol. Cronus max where backordered, Xims galore. Console gaming baby! The one good part is typically the players that use these devices are absolutely horrible at the game so they aren’t so hard to outplay given the right situations

The game looks great but my main area of play will be rush on custom servers so I don't think I'll come across them that much

What they could do is hardware ban and put whatever hardware I’d they banned in a database. Then whenever they start up they scan the device for any ids that are in the database, and if the scan stops before completion then it just closes the game and give an error message. I know people can spoof their hardware id but I think if the anti cheat had kernel permissions like riots anti cheat. They could probably get passed that somehow.

Mr cheater people, please get good at the game and please don't ruin the fun for others. Most importantly, GO OUTSIDE TOUCH SOME GRASS

I wouldn't mind a system to be built in to these games that looks at the games files and if there is any code that's not supposed to be there or something, like some data coming in, then it pings the player for everyone for the entirety of them being there, puts them on a team separate from what's actually being played and their weapons stop doing damage.

I dont exactly know how this could work or if it would work but as a programmer I would be hella interested in making a competitive game focusing on infusing hacks to progress and compete against other hacks within legal reasons of the game itself and the game can even teach how to mod the controlled source files for each competitive zone or play zone no idea if it would be a shooter game but hey ya know would be a cool game

Come on man the game hasn’t even come out yet this hacking bs is just getting ridiculous

I was worried this video was going to talk about problems with the game development. I really hope this will live up to its potential.

Think it's a little more nuanced. at least with Asian and east Europeans. the cheat is seen as an advantage to be the better player in the game. it can also be used to earn money. like games such as mentioned escape from tarkov has hackers pulling runs for a customer who gets secured all the loot on the map. same with rust where they can have the edge of getting the high tire loot before anyone else. sucks major balls for us who don't use it.

It’s funny cause dice is gonna insta ban hackers and possibly hardware and ip bans too

With the new ban system coming to battlefeild hopefully it can really help against these hackers

I say to combat the cheating problem for this year’s battlefield try and figure out who’s treating how they’re treating and stick them into a lobby for every game that they look for the put some against the most overpowered AI you could possibly give them and give them a bad experience try to protect the average person as much as possible I mean I just play on a PlayStation for a more excited for hazards on the Nanny thing just stick these guys in the lobby with OP bought somehow if we can just figure out if they’re cheating they get reported enough weapons in one of those lobbies

no.. just give admins the ability to kill the hackers everytime they aimbot with a kill command, and to pull unlocks XP from them to the point they relock unlocks, this way hackers can stay stuck at level 1, and the game become no fun for them anymore cause they hack, they die, and just to drive it home, run kill command everytime they spawn after getting caught.

Put them into a bad sport lobby like GTAO with other cheaters, and just don’t tell them they’re in one

@@62saki91 only problem with the kill command as it then goes back to basically being banned they realize it’s happening immediately and make a new account, where if you put them in a lobby of fellow hackers and don’t tell them then it takes a while to figure out wasting their time

A campaign would be nice.. 5 man squads, Standard classes, would also be nice!

Just imagine spending your limited time on this earth hacking in a video game.

Hardware banning just needs to be normal, no more giving cheaters chances, just ban them for good.

they can spoof hardware ID's banning the account outright in conjuction with a hardware ban and IP ban might assist, but F2P will spoof and open new account. pretty much you'd have to ban at the Kernel level of their OS, and even then some can get around it.
