Good they fixed that grammatical pet peeve I've had with these announcements.

Yep. "This is the London Overground service to ......". "The next station is ......".

Love to see it. Properly structured! Just the 710s to do now

but now they need to add a "This station is..." and also do the interchanges at the station as well as the first "The next station is..."

the interchange at the station is so unnecessary. im aware london st pancras international isnt on the elizabeth line but for thameslink imsgine saying 'this station is: london st pancras international. change here for london underground piccadilly, victoria, northern, hammersmith, circle and metropolitan lines, east midlands railway, southeastern high speed, and international services, lumo, lner, hull trains, great northern and grand central from kings cross, and thameslink services via stevenage' or '...via st albans city' on every northbound train

Would like to hear the announcement say "This is the Elizabeth Line service to ......". "The next station is .......".

Now they just need to change the screen to "This is a Elizabeth line service to Heathrow T4 via Heathrow T2 & T3"

Does it still omit “line” on interchanges with the Underground?

Sounds alright but rest in peace "next station" :(

All they need is to fix the announcements towards whitechapel. Because they didnt say for service to Shenfield

next up: they change the screens to write 'the next station is x'

why is it not in the same tone as next station

it sounds like they recorded the "The next station is.." over the old "next station" but kept the old recording where it says the station name, rather than just do completely new recordings for the whole line. Hope that makes sense!

the thing with this announcer (i believe its sarah parnell, correct me if im wrong) is that most of their annnouncements in this tone just dont match. its irritating
