Well... "Hair falling" should still count as "colour removal", in a way. 😅😂
"Its the baking soda that saying don't touch me. Its a sign from above."😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. As usual very entertaining. Thank you Hair Budda 🤗
Friendly reminder that you can always do a test strip, so you don't ruin all of your hair! Dish soap, baking soda, and vitamin C are all so drying, even on their own. I did try it once, mixed with clarifying shampoo, and my hair felt like straw and no color even was removed. I've used many semi-permanent/ direct deposit dyes over the years, and I've had the best luck fading color with Head & Shoulders. Original Head & Shoulders shampoo lathered over hair rinsed in very warm water. Then I let it sit in my hair (like you would conditioner) and when you rinse it, you'll see color run out. It's gentle enough to use multiple times a week, even daily, and won't damage your hair. It won't remove all the color, but it does help fade it.

I did that once as well. The Head and Shoulders faded the color i hated enough to where i was able to recolor. It removed allot of the permanent color.
When she accidentally spilled her concoction, and you shook your head, it made me laugh so hard. 😆
My mom asked me, bleach her natural gray hair. Some parts was almost white, some parts was dark grey (inside a lot of yellow pigment, cause she was originally brown). I used 10 volume, and made long bleaching... 3 times. It was a torture. After 5 weeks, yesterday I bleached her regowned. 10 volume, 60 minutes, and the end result is perfect. Under that 60 minutes i cutted my dads hair too, so i learned a lot from you, and now im very grateful. Thanks to you my parents are proud to me, and happy with the results. Thank you! You are the best!😊❤

It's amazing how we tell ourselves we're not damaging our hair with baking soda even after it turns to straw and we can't brush through it. Unfortunately I had to cut off all my hair but now its natural and healthy and I'm not messing with it anymore. Lesson learned.
The saddest thing with first girl - the same pink would give almost the same effect without cleaning color! Purple and magenta really close at color wheel so there no need to do all that work
All these videos should be labeled “Why chemistry knowledge is important “. Without bleach? Bleach doesn’t just refer to a particular product; it refers to what a compound DOES. So when you mix sodium bicarbonate with X volume peroxide, you get sodium peroxide (N2O2), which is….a bleaching agent! So yeah, you’re bleaching your hair.
The first girl could have put that bright pink over the lavender and it would have been fine 😖
Baking soda dried my hair out so bad that I had to chop off a few inches and then do a lot of hair masks. A year later and it’s finally normal now. Do not use baking soda and dish soap on your hair- especially my fellow wavy/curly haired friends!

Every time I dye my hair, I swear I can hear Hair Buddha saying 'fine sections!'. Same tho, it's definitely improved colour application (bright red hi lift dye on brunette hair, so missed patches were very obvious)
The actual labor it takes to do hair really is no joke, I agree. I never realized how long it can take to get things right, until I started bleaching and dying part of my own hair. I dye part of my hair black, and bleach/do vivids on the other part, and it takes a very long time. While I personally can't afford it, I'll never scoff at a stylist's prices after learning how much work it is. Especially if there's banding/a weird tone that won't go away.

2.5 volume developer. Love it!!
Dandruff shampoo on its own left in your hair for like 30 mins - 1 hour works just as well if not better than vitamin c treatment. Yes, your hair will be super dry after. You NEED to do intensive hair masks after if you are doing that Also if you're dying your hair bright colors you can't be washing it often unless you want to get rid of it. I wash my hair once a week or less
There's a reason the 'bleached blondes' of the old movies were called 'peroxide blondes'. It was the peroxide they used to bleach their hair.

Man, it pains me how many people can't even be bothered to go to Sally Beauty here in the US, which now sells Matrix products, and one of Chi's professional lines, or heck the Ion brand has a color remover you can mix with water that won't make your hair fall out! I'm Albino I go brown to platinum often, you can do that if you do it right it won't cost anymore money than the baking soda and developer lol. You can do a few rounds and still end up with a full head of hair and no breakage. 😨
Just pay someone to do it right the first time. My great gran would say, buy it right, buy it once, buy it wrong, buy it over and over again.

💜🥰🤩🤗 How many layers of this 'mixture' has she put on her hair? Apply, let dry - apply, let dry - apply AGAIN let dry - No wonder her hair is falling out!
Love this so much!!!🤘🖤🤘🖤🤘🖤🤘🖤🤘
Hack: if u don't have anything below 10Vol you can mix it with water (destiled water is better) ; half water half 10vol it will be 5 Vol . Ofc it will be runnier but i find runny toners to be easier to apply. (There r actualy salons that only buy huge bottles of 50Vol and mix it themselves to go lower)
I love watching your videos. You’re so helpful but also sooo funny when you’re yelling at someone in the video not to do that.. It’s sad and funny to watch the people mess up their hair so much. I’m an older woman who doesn’t have much hair anymore so I keep it cut very very short, and wear wigs. I don’t have to worry about coloring anymore and I’m so glad. Also I just cut it myself with clippers. So none of this applies to me but you’re still so much fun to watch and I’ve learned a lot, not that I’ll ever need it, lol.
I believe you. Thumbs up! 👍❤

people that want these bright vibrant hair colors need to invest in a good color depositing conditioner rather than constantly dying their hair. For a brief period of time I have electric purple hair and the purple conditioner i used made it even more purple and you only had to use it once or twice a week to keep it purple.

why do people always gasp when they spill stuff??? i don't even blink when i spill stuff. lots of mess no worries
A couple years ago I wanted to remove some of the faded box dye to see how much my hair had grayed. I had used color oops before and liked the result but smelled like sulfur for weeks, so I gave in and colored my hair again. So I decided to try an online recipe that used baking soda, honey, cinnamon, and a little peroxide with conditioner. It didn't lighten much at all (even wrapped in cling film overnight) but at least my hair smelled amazing! Whoever makes hair care products, please make some with honey and cinnamon scent!
The only thing we ever removed baking soda for was a medication and hard water stripper before any chemical services.
Yes! New video!
I am so glad that I had natural auburn hair as a kid and adult. I am getting grey so now I match my greys using all natural henna. It covers the greys, I can do my own hair and I never damage my hair using harsh chemicals. (Yes you can use henna too often and this will cause a buildup on hair follicle. If this happens strip with VitC or you can use a cleansing shampoo.) 1 time per 3 months I will use fresh aloe on dry hair, sit and watch a show then rinse with a small/tiny amount of shampoo. Henna is for red tones. If you use henna do not try to use bleach as it will not have a good result. If you pick henna... stick with it.
Belgian waffles! I go on holiday to Belgium in may, I definitely have to try these 😍😂
I only use temp colors on my grey hair but am excited to read your recommendations! I am always so glad to see a new video from you, Hair Buddha...I could watch you all day. You're the best!

That's the thing I always said to my mom, you can't be blond in 30 minutes if you're that dark, she always complain because I have to let sit the bleach in her hair for almost an hour to get a light blonde and other hour to tone down the yellow of her roots, dry her hair and cut the bad ends, but she says that it doesn't take that long in videos and hair salons where she went in the past and I'm like "mom that's why the people on the video have already dark blonde hair and lift faster", also the people who works in the hair salons where I live seems that they doesn't care about the health of their clients hair, I mean once I went to a salon to ask for a haircut and there was a girl who was getting her roots done and guess what I saw? The lady of the hair salon was putting 40 VOLUME ON THE ALREADY BLEACHED HAIR OF THE GIRL, I felt soo bad for that client and I asked to the lady of the hair salon why she was putting a high developer in already bleach hair and she told me "because her hair is dark" and I was like "her roots are dark not the ends, don't you see?", But the lady of the salon like got upset for my questions and ignored me, so I decided not to come back to that salon, their prices are cheap, but your hair will regret to go to salons where people work fast, but don't know what they are doing
