When used properly adding actually to a sentence conveys accuracy instead of people inferring a rough estimate, as for saying “at this point in time”, what it adds is that your assertion or actions are based on current known knowledge but is able to be changed or reviewed if new evidence or knowledge comes to light.

If you wanted someone to aim for doing a music production PC, I would say look at Devin Townsend. Another Canadian, who is criminally underrated in the space. Despite having a hefty foot in the door, having started with working with Steve Vai off the get-go. Then add in the massive amount of scope of what he plays stylistically.

Overclocking isn't the only reason to buy a more expensive motherboard chipset. PCIE lanes are are a major factor. On a B760i motherboard, you're limited to two PCIE 4.0x4 SSD slots. No PCIE 5.0 SSD support since there aren't enough lanes. But if two 4.0 drives is all you feel you'll need then yeah it's not bad. Not sure what happened with Linus ordering this stuff though, maybe they tried doing it just as the product was launching? I see Z790 boards for $250-350 CAD on average.

My question is that what causes my NVMe drive to behave like this? wherein it gets disconnected randomly whenever I'm just only transferring files into it and then I have to restart my pc to show it back again and sometimes it wouldn't show up. Any ideas and suggestions would very much appreciated. I have an Asus Prime a320m-k motherboard 32gb 3600mhz RAM but currently running at 3000mhz due to boot up issues Ryzen 3 2200g CPU I have incoming Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4060 8GB GPU, but I have GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU installed 128GB SSD as windows installed Please let me know if there is something I messed up on my build to make my NVMe to behave like this. @linus tech tips I would argue that the first iteration of a product is the easiest to improve on. That will always be the case. Regardless of what industry you're in, or what product you're working on, you would probably see that tend. The point might be that the product should be more thoroughly designed. You also could say that you need to test on a mass scale to get the information you need to make a product reliable in the first place.

Dan's reaction to Linus' succeed joke at 27:40 is priceless. We need a Linus Tech Tip Tier List for Linus' livestream fails. Linus would definitely get an F for the 'hard r' debacle, but Luke would get an S for the save. For people not in the know, Linus said he used the 'hard r' back in the day during a WAN show, but he was mistaken. He thought 'hard r' meant 'retarded' and not the 'n word'. For a solid minute or so, Luke's brain was overclocked while processing this information as he dug Linus out of the grave he unintentionally put himself in. Luke is such a good friend; their friendship is honestly quite wholesome when you hear them speak about it during the WAN show from time to time.

The biggest shock to me from this video was the fact SKU is actually an acronym, not a word, for Stock Keeping Unit and not written skew.

Hey Linus, im very curious about graphic driver updates for GeForce, i currently bought a predator helios neo 16 with an i5-13th gen and rtx 4050. I noticed upon checking my Graphic driver, version of 529.01 that i could not find this version anywhere in the internet. I used to have an acer nitro 5 back in 2021 but when i updated its Geforce drivers i noticed a huge drop on performance specially in valorant fps thats why its kinda scary now to update drivers out of the blue without knowing how it would impact performance, or did i just do somethin wrong. I wish to be enlightened oh great one

As an Aussie I say f*ckin instead of umm, like or so mainly because because swearing is a staple in Aussie language but also because the 2 syllables sounds more sophisticated than one.

Brown and tan case... not a Noctua product to be seen. The AUDACITY. Though the Noctua GPU definitely would not have fit. Someone needs to come out with a Noctua fanned AIO, then have this case designed around that one instead, it'd be even more perfect.

I like the precision driver, I have two from iFixit but of course you can never have enough tools. I have one major concern though! Since you put such a nice bearing on it, I know that myself, and probably others, will be forced to spin it up to absurd speeds using compressed air. Will we be able to upgrade it when we break it?
