Noah Lyles, an American professional track and field sprinter who has been competing in 100 meters as well as 200m is currently on top of his game. He's won two gold medals at World Championships (2019 & 2020) which also led him to be crowned 2019 world champion; together with this success came an Olympic bronze medalist title too!
Noah Lyles is also a founder of the Lyles Foundation. Our purpose, as a non-profit, is to empower youth through the advancement of health & wellness in communities nationwide. We provide financial support and motivation by collaborating with global, national, & local partners. Our community is full of people who want to help. My original back leg was too weak at the time to produce the correct amount of power for a good block start. I have strengthened both legs now, so they can both be my back leg in the blocks.

Brother, you better strap your boots up for this season because this isn't like the past. The field is stronger than I've ever seen it. Not only is it stronger but it's all younger guys who are right on your hip. If Fanbullah was 5m ahead of you at this point, it would be hard to catch him. He's running legit top ends the same as you but the real question is will you be that close to a lot of guys this year coming off the turn? You need to aim to come off the turn ahead or right near the lead. Really, idk why you aren't running 400m races. You would be untouchable. There's a lot of guys who probably should be running 200m 400m but pride. I know you're the champ this year, don't disappoint.
