Maybe only the machamps that live in a clear water dominant ecosystem are the ones that learn to swim, because they need to survive basically.

How is Machamp in the mainline games half assed? New Pokemon Snap is just you taking pictures of pokemon. The game is built specifically to showcase how different pokemon live in their environments.

It does bear repeating. The 2D Pokémon games make more sense. The Surf model implies you are either riding on your Surf Pokémon, or on a surfboard.

It might be that this particular machamp saw that his family was afraid of water, so he decided to do something about it. I mean, he looks absolutely exhausted after swimming, and muscle doesn’t float at all. Since he doesn’t have much fat, he’d sink. That is actually the reason why hippos can’t swim but they instead run on the bottom of the riverbed-they lack fat and are all muscle.

if i had a quarter every time 'OH SH--' was added inside of a KB Pokemon title, i would have four quarters. it's not much, but its weird it has happened four times.

Well, considering that Sharpedos swim style, I'm led to believe that Sharpedo just went easy on Machamp. Could be entirely wrong though.

I think that Pokémon that swim in Sc/Vi can just battle while swimming or are references to real-world things like how Pikachu and Raichu can swim cause mice are actually great swimmers.

I heard my fav gen 1, Pokémon koffing and it's evolution weezing are returning in DLC, maybe machamp returns with their pre evolutions aswell, I do not remember did they.

People get shocked that Gardevoir can be male. A female Machamp is more shocking.
