The way Demetrius and Kent are actively trying to go to jail - prison, even. Feels a bit like the modder didn’t know what to do for Maru’s divorce scenes so they made Demetrius violent towards Sebastian, which IS tragic and sad but also I would love to have had a scene with Demetrius where it calls back to him threatening the farmer previously about not distracting his daughter from her bright future - if he was gonna throw hands I feel like it would have been Kent style yk. Or even Penny getting angry that you hurt her best friend with her scary evil eyes. But modding is a huge undertaking and I understand that all the scenes needed to be unique while all being like “You hurt someone I love/care about”

Yeah that's pretty wild 24:28 I havent done a lot of the socialization stuff, but wasn't Demetrius characterized as being unusually strict and somewhat uptight? I'm not gonna say that's always a sign of someone prone to abuse, because it isn't, but if the modder got that idea, it's probably from that.

That doesn’t mean violent and abusive, and it’s distasteful to slander any character like that (2). Demetrius has never targeted Sebastian with the aforementioned strict/uptightness.

He kind of didn't care about Sebastian anymore, he only had eyes for his daughter. Sebatian has always suffered problems at home, Maru's divorce may have been a trigger for Demetrius, mainly because he has a certain obsession with his daughter. Idk it makes sense to me, but seeing what Sebastian goes through with this guy is frustrating :(

Idk why but the over top mods like these always are my favorite. I always have a good laugh. It’s like reading a dramatic fan fic. Sure it’s not completely in character but man it’s fucking funny anyway.

it would be cool if after divorcing people their dialogue or events depended on your relationship with them. if your hearts were lower it would be more like you fell out of love, and if your hearts were higher then they would seem more shocked and sad.

I would be really interested in Pierre and/or Caroline reacting to Abigail getting a divorce, since her relationship with them is rather tense, especially with Pierre. Or if the person making the mod believes that the Wizard is Abigail's dad, what if he showed up and gave the player character a true taste of his magic? Maybe he would blow up the house. for some people it is considered to be a crime. Especially to those outside of America. Whether it is for religious reasons or personal reasons, some people think marriage is it, it's set in stone you can't take it back. So even though they're probably over the top they're aren't... that far off sadly. stuff like that happens in a divorce setting more often then you think.

Eh, the Kent one made more sense to me than the Demetrius/Sebastian one, at least with Kent you can say this guy has a lot of trauma, and maybe "hurting" his son set him off enough for him to lose it for a second... we're talking about the same guy who sends you bombs in the mail, after all... The Demetrius one just didn't make sense to me. Sure, he's kinda a dick, but more of a "I wouldn't want to invite this guy to my cookout" kinda dick and not a "this dude belongs in jail" one.

He doesn’t send you the bombs with any ill intent, the bombs actually are pretty useful for the farmer to use. 3. I completely do agree on the Demetrius part.
