People forget that the ultimate way to win games is to progress the objectives further than your opponents. Too many players see the objective as an after thought and look to win a team fight and only then focus on progressing the objectives. pharah players being pocketed 24/7 thinking they have anykind of skills while they are damage boosted and any explosion can kill normal character in two hits with the new dps debuff. pharah is litteraly negative skill requirement in that kind of configuration.
Blizzard, or any company in their shoes, would not come out and be humble regarding the status of their anti-cheat if it were not up to snuff. Not only would it not be a good look on business but it would also serve as an invitation for more cheaters to flood the game having received a public message from the company directly. Advancements in anti-cheat come out in big unannounced waves to try and cause the most damage to cheaters and cheat-sellers.
