No one can actually erase this guy, since if he dies, he gets brought back by his autonomous All fiction. But Kumagawa stomps even if this happens. Pretty sure Kumagawa's All-Fiction just erases things. Turning Goku bald and taking away his balls makes sense, but turning him into a human doesn't, because that's not a negation, that's changing him from a saiyan to something else, a human. Destroying his ability to generate and use ki would've probably been more fitting, imo.
