  • @alvargas5095
    @alvargas5095 Жыл бұрын

    Joe FYI, the jaguar is the third largest of the big cats in the world after the tiger and lion and the largest predator in the western hemisphere North and South America (larger than the cougar). The leopard is smaller than the jaguar. Also, from what I've learned from reading natural history books, the natural range of the jaguar, peccary and the coati mundi, a relative of the raccoon, extends from the American southwest all the way down into the Amazon region. So, seeing a jaguars, coati mundis and peccaries (also known as javelina) in the U.S. southwest is an indication that they are entering parts of their natural range where they have been extirpated from. Your guest claiming to be a biologist and confirming the erroneous information about the jaguar and leopard should have known that information.

    I remember my father telling me about a large cat that was killed in his home town in Guadalajara Mexico. A guy from town went to the El Cerro, that's what they call it, to hunt for deer. He located himself up on a tree because it was common to see Lions in el cerro. My father tells me that the young hunter all of a sudden sees a large looking cat walking down to a stream and took a drink. The young hunter quietly positioned himself and took a shot at the large looking cat, he said the cat made a very loud and scary sound, a sound he had never heard before. The hunter got so scared when he saw the cat jump up in the air so high making loud sounds. Not sure if the cat ran or died at the spot but eventually it did die and that's when the hunter got to see it up close and see what it was. He brought down to town to show it to a few friends ( that's how family members got to see it) and everyone was so amazed of that beautiful looking cat that nobody had seen before. I believe this happened in the early to mid 90's. Scientists from the US and other places went to examine what was killed and that's when they found out it was a jaguar. Not sure if it was registered but they where told it was the first jaguar seen in Mexico.

    It bugs me how skeptical Joe is on the big foot thing. I guess I'm a firm believer because I've grown up at the foot of the Appalachian mountains hearing different stories all my life from people I consider very credible sources. But most notably I seen some footprints in the snow while sleigh riding in a remote cow pasture when I was a young teen. I no doubt appreciate skepticism and don't believe every story I hear or associate big foot with portals or time travel or any of those outrageous claims. However I believe where Joe and most other skeptics have things wrong is that they're over estimating human beings and believing we know more than we do and they're underestimating the amount of vast unexplored or rarely explored terrain there is out there as well as the intelligence of these human being like creatures who are aware of us and make conscious effort to avoid us for survival's sake.

    I think not finding them comes down to a few factors. They are nocturnal making our interactions with them less. They have better senses than us and are faster and more nimble than us. So they hear/see us first and maneuver around us, out of sight. Third, their camouflage when still is extreme and they blend into the shadows of trees and stay on thier opposite side, like the behavior of a squirrel. They have all the advantages and we rarely see them. I also think they bury thier dead and that's why we don't find them.

    big foot is a sort of gene, which means they're not visible to everyone. my grandfather told me he saw it in the jungle when he was a kid. and he didn't even know about internet or any theoris spreading all over the world as he couldn't read and didn't watch tv. that;s the reason bigfoot hasn't been confirmed coz they're not visible, we discoverd creatures thousands of miles in the ocean u think we can't discover a giant one in the jungles. come on buddy

    I've seen two videos of people walking up on a Bigfoot digging food out of a tree. Both videos you can hear very loud pieces of wood being ripped out of the tree while I can barely manage to pick the bark off. You can hear the guy trying to be very quiet to shoot the video. Than, on both videos, it stands up to reveal how big it is. So big that immediately on both videos the guy takes off running in fear. I think the shear size of the things would scare off most people. I've only seen one video that the guy chases it into the woods. In the background from the direction of the Bigfoot you can hear whoops and hollers that sounds just like an orangutan. You can also see the Bigfoot grabbing branches of trees as he running away to make himself sound bigger. I always read of people saying they have hunted all their lives. 40 and 50 years in the woods and have never seen one so they don't believe. It only takes one picture to prove existence but yet people still don't recognize their existence. I've lived on they planet for almost 60 years and I look at the sky every day but yet I've never seen ball lightening. That doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. I've seen pictures of ball lightening so it must exist. Why BF is treated different I dunno. CIA disinformation was used in the UFO societies so why not BF? I believe there is a lot of disinformation on purpose by the CIA.

She was absolutely terrified you can see the whites of her eyes and her breathing was very erratic and she had a gun but didn't move a muscle. Some of the stuff he says is dumb. Like I took college bio, i'm an armchair biologist, lifelong animal lover and there's very little he says that I didn't already know. And then there's the occasional wrong statement he makes. Maybe it's bc he's a generalist and doesn't focus on one species or even one type of animal. But even a mediocre herpetologist would know leopards are Old World animals and MUCH smaller than Jaguars. Jaguars are like big brutes and leopards are super sneaky, crafty little assassins
