    Super Rezept, aber bitte Zucchini und Hokkaido Kürbis niemals schälen !!! Die meisten Vitamine sind dann weg und durch die Schale schmeckt es besser und sieht schöner aus. 😊

    Der Hokkaidokürbis ist der einzige Kürbis den man nicht schälen muss und somit ausser der inneren Kerne und Blüte nebst Pflaneznansatz nutzen kann. Daher bitte nicht schälen und wenn die Zuchini aus dem Garten ist, nur Waschen und die Ansätze bzw. die Kerne entnehmen und die Zuchini auch im ganzen verwenden. Kürbisgewächse allgemein sind super in Herbst- Winterrezepten zu verwenden. Viel Spass weiterhin mit Saisonaler Küche.
