Brand Registered with Amazon makes a big difference. It helps to protect you from the CCP Scammers. Also, when fans see your product sold, they can hit the Report button and turn them in.

It's such a sad world when people scam hard working people.

I reported this on the 15th and initially Amazon refused to cancel/refund the order because China reported as being shipped. I persisted and they have now agreed to cancel/refund the purchase. I will reorder and pay close attention.

I had assholes in China take over my listing for over a month pretending they were me. The only way to combat it was to get brand registered with Amazon. It was a big pain in the ass. Amazon support sucks for sellers.

This is ABSOLUTELY horrible! I think it’s horrible that these hackers get away with this crap. I hope you get everything figured out soon!

Thank you for sharing and I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having with scammers and Amazon. But this has brought to light that when shopping on Amazon I should be more diligent and just cause something is cheaper yeah savings doesn’t mean I will actually be getting the brand I thought I was. It is weird how when you click on the 16 oz Amazon automatically ties it to the cheaper product. The shouldn’t be allowed. It changes from your actual brand to the other. That is disappointing and I hope Amazon fixes that! Thanks again for sharing I know not the happiest news but you brought to light something important for the consumer.

Had this same issue on a product last year. Amazon no help. Called my senator offered no help with government on any Counterfeit products from China.

Thanks for the video Matt, I hope it all works out for you. We almost got scammed but lucked out. One order took a long time to come, I got suspicious when I saw it come through DFW, then it got damaged in shipment and returned before it got to us. Whew! We reordered, realized after placing the order that it came from NuWeWei, and canceled it. Third try we took special care to make sure it was sold by Liquified RV.

WTAF 😮 Amazon could and Should shut them down immediately!!!!!. If you can in anyway possible get it off there site. This is inexcusable on Amazon's part. They could stop this if they wanted to or even cared.

Amazon lets the scammers do anything they want, because Amazon gets a cut of every sale. It's a profit center to avoid shutting the scumbags down.

As big as Amazon is you would think they would have some type of verification in place for legit business when you first sign up to stop these scammers. For the most part now I try not to buy from out of country sellers/shipping because of this as I have rec'd junk. Amazon needs to protect business & consumers.... stop being greedy !!

Don't feel bad you are not alone with this issue. I follow, on KZread, Hillary klug. She is a singer and has had numerous people using her name for scams. KZread is slow to do anything about these scammers.

Matt I had a scammer yesterday on KZread that said something not sure what it was but it didn’t have a picture of you this time it was funky looking. And it had a bunch of 0s I just dud what you said before and it disappeared. It said Matt Rv reviews but it didn’t have your picture. Sorry this is happening to you Matt! You are a nice sweet guy how can this happen. I’ll let my friend know because she bought liquidfied for her Rv. Thank you Matt! Thank you fir being honest! Matt, I purchased it thru Liquified RV Toilet Treatment on March 31, 2023, but if I try to purchase it again it's the product from China. I have emailed Amazon.

Just bought a 32 oz. for $24.99. Hope you get this all straightened out.

Annoying too, that this not caught by Amazon too and that it will continue. TM your brand may help, but its China not too sure how that will make a difference.

I work with Amazon and have removed multiple fake sellers from our products. If you get Amazon's Transparency you can automatically not have someone selling unless they have a certain barcode on it which they have to provide that barcode information to Amazon themselves. The transparency labels don't cost much, so they do not really affect the product margins and it saves you a lot of hassle as otherwise, new sellers with counterfeit products just continuously come up. (Also when I first signed up for Transparency I got our first lot of labels for free).

Sorry you have to deal with the scammers.

I am so sorry this BS is going on! Many KZreadrs are going through this - I follow a wonderful woman from Alabama who writes cook books for southern food. She went through this also! She was trying to sell her new cookbook and scammers,and trolls had a field day. It’s all evil. Just be patient and get a professional to help

I would think that the best advice that I could give you is to stick with a positive advertising program, insisting that the imitators and the scammers are out there. You are not complaining you were educating and because you have a brilliant and successful small product. They’re going to try to copy paste and fake it. Just watched your video have not used it yet but i ordered a bottle in February it arrived in a few days. I did however look back at the order and saw it was from that wei wei company. Will have to order another and make sure its the real thing. Crooks

careful when you click your link. It will take you to your store for the 32oz but when you change to a 16oz it takes you to the China store.

Have you tried contacting US Customs? I think they are the government agency that generally goes after counterfeiters. Also make sure you have trademarked and copyrighted your product name and labels so there is no question that you own the rights in the US.
