You really don’t know how it works so you? It’s called the sovereign grant, formally called the civil list. This money is a percentage of the profit brought in by the crown estate. All the profit goes straight to the treasury before the Gov decide how much to give to the royal family. It’s normally 15% but has been as high as 25%. None of it comes from tax paid by UK citizens. So how would you feel about giving the gov 85% of your money?

It is too easy to generalise when "scandal" offers the opportunity to criticise the institution. Princess Anne has a formidable record of public duty. If you would prefer to have your days filled with dates and places requiring your attendance rather than enjoy your privacy to go about your life, I would not believe you. There is a belief in a thing called "duty" that Royalty manage to accept and fulfil and no amount of income can be a substitute. It is also extremely likely that the enormous income generated by tourism would decrease dramatically if the institution of UK Royalty no longer extisted.

The US investigative journalist Whitney Webb has books on the subject. Check "One Nation Under Blackmail"(Vols.1/2) Power and money are ambitions and achievements that often combine with sex. Prince Andrew probably served to draw attention away from the US parties involved. The ages that the US relies on for legal terms like "minors" seem higher than those found elsewhere in the world and that can provide a basis for transgressions against US law by non-US participants.

Andrew had to have the Queens Sanctuary at Balmoral first, then sneaked to Windsor , why because the FBI wanted Andrew to go to America for questioning. He had become mixed up in it so deeply people were unaware of. Andrew refused so some came to the UK for Andrew . But his mummy the Queen gave him Sanctuary. All Andrew had to say was “I am sorry mummy” and he was forgiven .

The reason for this is that he's not the only one. He might be stupid and reckless, and perhaps a bit unlucky too that this information about him has leaked to the public, so "something" needed to be done. But he won't be charged with anything because too many men of his "class" do exactly the same, they only hide it better. Too much money and too much power cause depravity, always.

I'll tell you a little secret of Andy's :) ... One of the people helping Andy create victims was a social worker from Bury Council Children's Services, Greater Manchester... She was called Natalie Burke. Natalie Burke was also responsible for helping Rolf Harris, Jimmy Savil and other's create victims and she was also trafficking kids to the Rochdale Grooming Gang. Philip Gauden of Bury Council Children's services is another nonce. I don't know where Natalie Burke went in 2009/2010 but it does worry me she went somewhere else to continue her child abuse and trafficking. Greater Manchester POLICE know all about it and after years of them abusing me to try and silence me they nearly killed me in October 2020.

When Andrew give the interview about the allegations of having sex with an under age girl, one of his responses was "I can't of done it because was having pizza that night". In the pedopophile ring in which some of Andrew's associates were involved with, the code word for little girls was "pizza" and for little boy's the code word was "hotdog". The moment he said "I was having pizza that night" I thought to myself "smug slime".
