@alexibarra4702 Not a chance, there are limits to it. If it was a right, every Citizen of the United States of America could be elected as President, they can not be. They have to be a "National Born Citizen" of the United States, that does not apply to either the House of Representatives or the Senate. They have to be a Citizen for 7 years, and at least 25 years old to be a member of the House. A Citizen for 9 years and at least 30 years old be a member of the Senate. They have to be at least 35 and a resident of the United States for 14 years to qualify as a President. They do not have to be born within the borders of the United States to qualify. The other part of that saga with both "Houses of Congress" they only have to be a resident of that State on election day care of the United States Constitution. Another thing, absolutely NOTHING in the Constitution requires a Judge to be a Citizen of the United States, it should, but it doesn't

Honestly, I DON'T think Trump knew what to ask for. I think he asked for help ("What I need is Immunity, is there a way?") and his sycophants pitched in. I think this was suggested by Speaker Mike Johnson. Why hasn't the 15th amendment been invoked in Congress?

Everyone can see that a Criminal Defendant has to be in court every day. Also, if Ex45 was in interrogation...police will let you know that someone who sleeps through the process is definitely guilty
