Changing the "Speed & Duplex" settings is mostly bulls**t. Because it only regulates the restriction of Internet traffic. Therefore, when you set the “1.0 Gbps Full Duplex” parameter, you simply limit the incoming traffic to one gigabit per second. I tested this method myself, and I’ll tell you this: with it, without it, the Internet will remain the same at its previous speed. If you really want the Internet to be faster, just normally ask your provider to change the tariff to one that has higher Internet speed. But don't bother with that kind of crap. That's all I wanted to say.
