U put ur crosshair as a dot then scroll down and it give u an option about what type of dot u want it as and it has a cross and some others, it also has a heart.

Ana is interesting to watch (especially at this high of a level) because of her positioning and extremely valuable skills/cooldowns, just as Moira is interesting to watch because of the techs required to provide maximum value while actively in a team fight - can’t provide support from the back back line like with Ana.
