My sister said at the time of the tour, Taylor didn't have the rights for Speak Now, which makes sense for Taylor to only perform very few for that era.

I was so sad that no body no crime and tis the damn season were cut they’re so underrated and such good songs 😭😭 me and my friend were literally waiting the entire movie for those

I think the surprise songs that were chosen are great choices, but it’s so sad that they cut so many songs! Especially long live and wildest dreams 😭 why couldn’t they have made it the entire concert and cut some of the speeches and Transitions short

Okay I cannot be the only person right now like actually genuinely fuming that she got rid of long live. I mean not only did we not get to see it live because she didn't really speak now until later so it was never added to the show until then. But then she didn't really keep it on the setlist permanently I don't think, it's literally a f****** fan anthem and it was one of the songs that I was looking forward to seeing live on the big-screen the most. I am actually beyond disappointed and saddened at her choices that she cut. I mean the Archer dude come on. That's probably one of my highlights of the entire show I got to go to the concert and I was on the floor and that was literally one of the best parts of the lover performance. I'm actually genuinely disappointed they cut anything out. Because from what I can tell with the Beyonce one she's going to have at least behind-the-scenes stuff too so I guarantee you her movies probably going to end up being longer than Taylor's because she doesn't cut anything out.a part of me is hoping that maybe at some point they'll put out an extended version of the movie so we can actually see the whole thing with all of the talking bits and all of the surprise songs and everything not just a half-assed film. I'm not saying it's that exactly but it's also kind of crappy to say that nothing major is going to get cut and then cut all of these major songs

I’m so surprised they didn’t include cardigan, I thought it was the biggest single from folklore. I said this in another comment but I think they should have cut illicit affairs and kept cardigan.

Honestly the cut songs were literally like classic favorites. Personally, I’m really upset the archer and cardigan were cut. I’m glad you’re on your own kid is there tho! :(

Long Live!!! 💜😭 I'm most sad about that being cut, so unexpected since it's the fan anthem! Personally I love no body no crime so I'm sad that didn't make it in, but Long Live is the one I'm really bummed about. I saw a theory that they'll be added back in for streaming like an "extended cut" which will be something to hype up excitement for the streaming version. I really hope that's the case!! 🤞🤞🤞

I think the reason they removed some songs is so that the people who actually attended the concert had experienced something no one else had. I mean imagine paying hundreds of dollars to go to a concert just to see the movie come out with every song. I think they just wanted something special for the people who actually went, which explains why alot of them are fan favorites

Damn illicit affairs would of been the second choice cut from cardigan from folklore era but good thing it didn’t happen

I think the whole thing was pretty cohesive, I was just very surprised that they didn’t include cardigan. I expected them to cut illicit affairs and I thought it was kinda weird how they left in just a short snippet of it. Even though I absolutely love that song it kinda felt out of place. I also think the seven interlude is a really nice opening, but folklore is already so long I understand why they cut it 😅 I think she chose two perfect surprise songs though, Our Song because it includes the debut era and YOYOK because it’s the basis of the friendship bracelets. Only other thing is I wish they included the Long Live performance, but it’s a good closing song for the credits too.
