Don't underestimate those sweaters year round. Plenty of companies just turned the AC on, and their employees freeze. People need the sweaters to endure the office jobs. Would love a copy of the book, looks great!

Oh, just came across your channel. Nice information. wow 70% off that's a lot but you must have a lot of inventory. Started a few years ago, with listing items in the home and family items. Your book would be a nice learning item.

Let's face it, this is our job: go thrifting, process items, photos, list, manage inventory, shipping and repeat

Always great info on your videos, I too have started sourcing higher ASP clothing and YES it is so great to sell items just listed, while also having some of those dead slow items from a year ago occasionally surprise me and sell as well. I'm starting to cull those lower end ones and put them on clearance sale, just to get my money back as you have referred to previously, makes sense. Thanks!

Hey Beau, good video. I wish reselling on line was around when I was your age. I enjoy selling on line but I hate the sourcing in person. Love online auctions but not for clothing. I tried that and it wasn't a good investment. Blessings to you and the family.

in my town if Goodwill sees Nike they put like 20 dollar tag on it no matter what but I got 2 vintage starter NFL jackets for 6.98 so i feel like you always have to look around anyway because they will miss a lot of things or just not even know that brand....I feel like they just have certain brands they know and go crazy with prices but all good

First Class Package International says it will be $38 in shipping from USA to AU and will arrive in 1-4 weeks.

Just curious are you better with the long run letting items sit for a long time or have you ever though about just auctioning off all old stuff because I would think if it's sitting for over a year your not making money on it anyway after a while wouldn't you just rather get something back quicker...just curious of your thoughts

Great question. Right now I'm ending about 10-20 items per day of my oldest inventory. I have items over 2 years old that I'm taking out of my store.

Doesn't it hurt your back to bend over to take pictures and arrange the clothes on the slanted table?
