You will learn how having great confidence can improve first touch and also you will improve your first touch when moving. As well as how you always have to prepare yourself for the worst circumstances because during the soccer games, you will not receive easy balls, 99% of the time you will get bad passes. You certainly have to master technical part of the first touch such as timing and body position etc. Then you need to know how to have a great first touch when moving and what leads you to create the space! Amazing video coach, can you make a video on how to improve playing with your head up. I am from Brazil and am a very skillful and fast winger, but my lack of vision and awareness is holding me back since I sometimes get tunneled vision for not dribbling with my head up or feeling too compressed.
