You can actually beat this game. It has an ending. And things get ... weird.

Demand in this game seems to be the percentage chance that you will sell one paperclip per game tick. So having high public demand actually makes you a lot of money if you have enough paperclips.

The key relationship is between paper clips production per second and sold per second. You can adjust or upgrade any other option as long as your product speed is positive, that being said you do not want to hoard them either like in the video, that's losing money. Supply and demand without hoarding surplus.

That remind me of some sort of story when an IA is asked to make paperclips, but we didn't gived it limitations, so at first it's mining irons, but it 's starting to be aggressive against humans because our buildings have lots of usefull irons and we don't let it acces to it,

I miss this game I got it and then I changed phones, and Apple IDs and it escalates really quick kind of like how you can buy yourself in cookie clicker or have multiple universes to make cookies this game eventually leads to somewhat similar scaling couldn’t recommend it enough!
