@kittzien0_ in my case, one had eyes one night (thought it was a glitch), one sighed in my ear and let out smoke..? Then one vibrated kind of violently while the other teleported to where my bed was and watched me sleep. That's when I yeeted them

I like the signs because whenever I used to decorate linus' area I put a sign with 1 sap on it outside the bush where he takes a piss. Now I can just write a sign that says "piss bush." convenient!

I accidentally made a sign when trying to make a chest, I wasn't sure what to do with it so I just stuck it near the back path on my farm. Now every time I take that path I see the text "I accidentally made this sign." 😆

I love the support for clothing in the update, both the villagers having more season appropriate clothing and encouraging the player to have outfits with the maniquin

You can also hover the mouse over the sign to read the text. I mainly use it to know how much crop space each section has so i know how much of anything im buying.

this is so much easier now. i used to put however many crops i need worth of sap into a junior hut to keep track. of course, that only works late game, so this is much better

I did simple math and wrote how much of my particular crops Im gonna need in each season and totaled it to how many times I harvest the particular crop per season I also totaled the number of tiles of my crop farm so when winter comes, I know how much I need to prepare winter seeds to prep for spring (I sacrifice them, still in plant stage, to the nature god) Edit: Legit forgot to put that I wrote it all in my notebook which has a couple other SV info

@ImFangzBro I did it because I'm lazy. It's a X×Y and having to account for any sprinklers, etc. Now I just have to do it once per zone and I'm done until I upgrade the sprinklers or expand it.

The cursed mannequins are a reference to Skyrim where the mannequins would move around and teloport.

Lmao moving cursed mannequins have been a thing since... Well I imagine once the first realistic ones were made it wasn't long before someone probably thought "that looks like a person. Wouldn't it be creepy if it moved?"

The whole vehemently advocating for the mushroom cave thing makes me really want to play again partially so I can pick the fruit bat cave.

I love the fruit bat cave 😌 It makes blasting through bundles without having to buy trees so easy, and the new mushroom stumps make it an even easier choice imo

Before the update I was scared my horse would starve because I was new to the game XD then I discovered horse hat and forgot about it

You can also quick swap outfits with the mannequins

i got a cursed mannequin on a multiplayer save a week or so ago and after learning what it does i tossed it in a shared chest. my best friend pulled it out of the chest and put it in his house shortly after. needless to say he was a bit surprised at what that thing does.

Yup! Fairly easy to get from the floating skulls in the quarry. No spoilers, but let's just say there's a reason they are 'cursed'.

I LOVE the mannequins! I've got a couple of wee rows of them in my farmhouse with outfits for each festival, ready to go. Plus, stragetically placed outfit changes around the world (pirate costume near the sea cave [for the free mead], desert explorer in the skull caverns entrance [with my strongest boots], summer clothes on the ginger island farm [so when I pop over in winter I'm not running around the island in a beanie and sweater], etc.). Now my farmer will always have the right outfit for every situation at one click of the mouse!

my fave part about the signs is that pam leaves a sign at the bus stop if the bus is up and running but she went to ginger island for vacation. you can change it to say whatever you want!! my go to is always “Mayor Lewis sucks eggs”

Carrots are awesome. They’re great for eating for energy and the speed buff for your horse is an added bonus.

My boy lewis helped me through a toxic relationship, and marnie just loves him and he loves her i feel like that shouldn't be a problem, he aslo has that lost and found. Makes me so happy when stuff i lose gets returned.

My favorite thing that I've seen no one talk about is Joja Cola now having a +1 speed buff

I can't wait for 1.6 to hit consoles. First thing I plan on doing is setting up 2 mannequins with my wedding dress and hubby Alex's suit. (Or as close as I can get to it.)

“Mushroom Cave (The Only Correct Choice)” I was a fruit bat cave fan since getting the game but now with the dehydrator I have to admit Mushroom Cave is better.

Fruit bat is still better because you now get the Mushroom Log item at foraging lv 4 which you can get pretty early, allowing you to basically have both. Also while the Dehydrator recipe is pretty expensive at 10,000g , it’s way more expensive to buy the fruit saplings, the apple sapling alone is 4000g and you need 3 apples at least to complete the community centre.

i was surprised that the text sign feature wasn't added earlier, i can swear that it was already in the game, but maybe i mistook it for terraria text sign

Ive found that you can copy and paste an infinite amount of text into signs although it lags the game alot. (Ive pasted the entire bee movie script and it worked)

If your bridal outfit consisted of the bridal shirt and the veil, you can still tailor them again using the ornamental fan and pearl. You can spawn both fan and pearl by buying a chicken and naming it [106][797].
